Excellent Central Hotel
Very happy with our stay at the Prince Hotel. Central to most things and everything about this hotel was very good. Pool was nice and everywhere was kept spotless at all times. If I return to KL I would have no worries about staying here again.
Our stay was wonderful! Great value for money in the apartment and staff so kind and lovely. Would highly recommend it.
Fantastic hotel
We stayed in a two bedroom appartment with our two teenage boys. We were very happy with the layout of the unit it was very spacious. Great location to walk to the shops and local transport. Staff were very friendly always smiling and happy. Overal a great experience. We would book and stay again with out hesitation.

Prince Hotel Malaysia stay
Hotel food was really bad and does not deserve the 5 star rating. The rooms were not 5 star quality and not that clean. TV channels were also not entertaining.
Some pluses, some minuses
The range of breakfast items is limited for apartment residents. We dined at level 10 whereas hotel stayers dined at the coffee house. (Wonder if there was better range there!) The room service was excellent with larger than expected portions and great taste. Our request for a bolster for my son was met without any problem and we were not charged for it! However, we were disappointed with the shuttle service to KLCC in the morning, there was no van to take us and the concierge hailed a cab for us. I had asked for the tab to be waved upon check-out. In the evening, the shuttle did not turn up despite waiting for 45 minutes and I had to take a cab back on my own. Overall, the service staff was courteous but I felt there was a lack of personal touch. It was not enough for me to want to go back to the same hotel. Finally, the location is great as it is right next to Pavilion so there is no worries about food or other necessities!
Second stay
We love the Prince Hotel. It is situated in a great spot. We stayed in an Executive Suite which was large. Staff are all friendly. Cannot fault this hotel.
Located right opposite the Pavillion Mall, where the food court at the basement offer delicious and a wide range of Asian food, the hotel is value for money for families. The hotel room is spacious with a king size bed, sofa seat and other furnitures plus a bathtub separate and separate shower. It is located near the highway which is convenient for those who drive in from nt st highway. Parking is free only at the basement for in-house guests. The only thing is that We received three differing information from the concierge, receptionist and floor staff about the free parking. No wifi in room.
