Some pluses, some minuses
The range of breakfast items is limited for apartment residents. We dined at level 10 whereas hotel stayers dined at the coffee house. (Wonder if there was better range there!) The room service was excellent with larger than expected portions and great taste. Our request for a bolster for my son was met without any problem and we were not charged for it! However, we were disappointed with the shuttle service to KLCC in the morning, there was no van to take us and the concierge hailed a cab for us. I had asked for the tab to be waved upon check-out. In the evening, the shuttle did not turn up despite waiting for 45 minutes and I had to take a cab back on my own. Overall, the service staff was courteous but I felt there was a lack of personal touch. It was not enough for me to want to go back to the same hotel. Finally, the location is great as it is right next to Pavilion so there is no worries about food or other necessities!
