I recently stayed at your hotel for 3 days and I was very impressed with your hotel and the service. The service in particular was impeccable. The hostess in the restaurant remembered me and my guests each morning, including who had coffee & who had tea. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I especially liked having the beds turned down in the evenings and returning to find fresh towels. The location was also very good. I have been recommending this hotel to my friends & colleagues and will continue to do so.

Stayed 8 days at the Regent KL in May and I could thoroughly recommend it.The staff are exceptional, the room was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. It is extremely well located with great shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. For relaxing the pool area was superb, a bit of contruction work going on over the road but this would not deter us from staying there again. We would definitely recommend the Regent.

I have stayed at the Regent Hotel 4 times and have been delighted with the exceptional service. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. Great location for shopping with an underground pass to the shops on the opposite side of a very busy street. The swimming pool is lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of temptations on offer. Would not hesitate in recommending the Regent hotel and look forward to many more stays in the future.

Very good and friendly service. When I reported that the water was pooling in the shower area it was attended to immediately. Excellent location. Very good spread for breakfast and very good service. I think it is about time to upgrade the furnishing in the rooms.

I and my family visited Malaysia in 1997 and we stayed in Regent hotel, we recomeded the hotel to so many of our frinds who also stayed in the hotel when they went there, again this year, August 2004, we are going back to Kuala Lumpur and we bocked in Regent marveulus hotel for our 5 dayes stay.

I've visited Malaysia last summer and stayed in the Regent hotel in Kuala Lumpur for five dayes .In fact I found that the hotel is Excelent ,the room was very beautifull and the service was excellent .Overall ,I recommend staying in the Regent hotel .
