Hotel location is good and clean room, although it is much older than the most,
expensive compared to prices on the internet and other five star hotels

Great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, transport etc. Pool area is great, as is room service. The breakfast is to die for. Could not fault this hotel.
The Grand Millennium is so central to the main shopping centres of KL as well as many of the city's tourist landmarks.
The hotel is well presented and clean. The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The hotel facilities, such as the gym, swimming pool and spa were clean, modern and well maintained.
I would gladly return to stay.

This is a five star hotel in a very good location for me....a first time tourist. Although it is a bit aged but everything worked and has been kept quite clean. For the price it is very good value. Just for the location alone, I am glad I chose this over the other choice.... Trader Hotel
Despite requesting a room away from construction...
Despite requesting a room away from construction noise I'd heard about, they gave me a room from which I could hear piling noise. They insisted my King room would not be ready until the official check-in time of 2p.m. which is far too late - I had to accept a twin room or wait 3 hours!Apart from that, hotel was terrific as was the first class service. Wonderful pool area (slightly spoiled by screaming kids!).
