All staff were 5 star.Excellent.Breakfast was good but had to listen to intrusive annoying music every morning [ however music not as bad as current rubbish dished up at Shangri-La hotels] . Room was third rate . Needed a total renovation.I was offered a change of room but had settled in for my 5 night stay so would have needed to pack/unpack and for what ? Another shabby room?.Would have to think carefully before staying at this hotel again.

My husband and I (seniors) stayed at...
My husband and I (seniors) stayed at the Grand Millennium for a week,over Christmas.We chose an executive club room. On arrival at 8am we were escorted to the Executive Club on the 18th floor for immediate check in,and were also offered breakfast there.It is a smaller dining area than the restaurant downstairs,with a more limited breakfast menu,but very pleasant and peaceful,not so much like sitting in the middle of a railway station in the rush hour! All day we had access to the club for complimentary refreshments,(fantastic "homebaked" cookies to go with my coffee) and from 5.30 until 8.30pm there were complimentary cocktails,though my husband asked for a scotch and got it,while I had very good port.We had use of the computer free of charge for an hour. We ate five times in the main restaurant,preferring a la carte to buffet. It had quite a variety of fare,from local Malaysian food to Japanese,Indian,Singaporean,Chinese and Western all of which we tried and enjoyed ,at a surprisingly reasonable cost.Its actually cheaper to eat, than drink in the main bar! Without exception the staff were extremely friendly helpful and courteous. The hotel was decorated throughout for Christmas . Father Christmas visited the restaurants on Christmas Eve,my husband was given a gift by him , it was his birthday that day. I must also praise the honesty of the laundry staff,I sent my husbands trousers to the laundry and omitted to remove his wallet from the back pocket. It wasnt till after breakfast he realised he didnt have it,so I called the laundry,explained the situation and within minutes had a call back to say the wallet was on the way to our room.Cards and cash all intact! (incidently,part of the executive deal was three items laundered daily with no charge) The hotel is in a great location for everything. The Hop on Hop off double decker bus stops right across the street, monorail close by,no trouble getting a taxi to go anywhere (though getting back can sometimes take time because of traffic jams,)but we had a great time and would certainly use the hotel again .

The first two days of our stay...
The first two days of our stay there were very loud music in the breakfast restaurant. Very disturbing, specially so early in the morning. It was hardly possible to talk/hear, not event to think or to concentrate on what food to take. The third day it was better. Also in the evenings, there were too loud live music in the lobby. This makes us a bit reluctant to return, despite the hotel was very pleasant.

The hotel position is great-right in the...
The hotel position is great-right in the heart of the Burkit Bintang shopping area. Breakfast was well up to standard. However we requested a King size bed, but only had a Queen sized bed, which they called "King size". Also the mini bar was empty. The staff said some customers from arabian countries didn't want alcohol in their rooms.

Excellent location.Service was generally good , We had a slight problem when we arrived we did not take the room was booked & it took about 20-30 minutes and many phone calls to get it sorted , I requested a smoking room but they give us non-smoking floor . And old furniture in our room ,T.V was bad no programs, or Interesting film & The worst thing was Fire ants in our room , bathroom also . The service was impeccable from all the staff, the buffet breakfast was Great , we would give it 3 star maximum. Thanks asiarooms.. And has been a bad experience will not be repeated in this hotel. >>>sorry>>>(H&M).

the location of the hotel is the best for shopping and night out (restaurants and cafes, I rate this hotel out of the 5 stars hotels I have stayed in 8/10. I have upgraded to Club floor so I can use the internet and have snakes as and when needed, i was so disappointed that first my two boys can not use the club floor because the boys room in in normal room floor so we hardly used tyhe club floor (what a waste of money) secondly if have booked through the hotel directly I could get the Pearl mecklece free of charge, and when I asked for it their reply I have to pay RM350 extra for each night I stayed ( and was embarassing while my wife standing by me) so I payed. few days later I stayed at JW marriott at less price and much more facilities.

The Millenium is an impressive hotel, conveniently...
The Millenium is an impressive hotel, conveniently located to the main shopping centres and Monorail. The hotel has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is extensive and should suit all tastes. The pool, gym and spa are of a good standard. The only issues I had was that broadband internet was slow; and the plumbing was noisy at times not only in my bathroom but also neighbouring rooms.

Fast and efficient check-in procedure. Efficient staff with the exception of the doormen. Nothing exceptionnel but a good hotel. Room rate probably a bit high compared to other hotels of the same or higher category. Difficult to find a taxi during peak hours but the Bukit Bintang monorail station is less than 200 m away. Regretfully, the area where the Grand Millenium is situated has far from improved over the last few years, unless you like noise, touts and average restaurants where food is expensive.

This hotel is superbly located right next...
This hotel is superbly located right next to the fantastic Pavilion Shopping Complex. The service and the amenities such as the immaculate pool were all excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The variety of foods available at the buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge array of Asian and Western cuisine. As well as prepared foods, you can order eggs any way you want, freshly juiced fruit or vegetables and individually brewed coffee to your taste, although the ready brewed coffee is fine. Our room had large full height corner windows but the views are slowly diminishing with the number of high rise buildings. John and Eliane Deligeorges from Perth Western Australia.

The service provided is extremely good. There is always someone on hand to assist, and there is a quick response to requests for room and housekeeping service. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the hotel is a restful place to stay. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.
