A fabulous hotel in every way! This was our 8th visit to KL & our first stay at the Grand Millenium AND it most certainly won't be the last. We won't stay anywhere else now!! The service was second to none. The attention to detail in every aspect was amazinbg. The staff actually go above & beyond with their service. You are made to feel like king and queen when you stay here! Breakfast was the best we've ever eaten & the location is ideal as you can walk to so many of the major shopping areas around Bukit Bintang ( not to mention the wonderful Pavillion shopping centre practically next door) I must add too, that booking through AsiaRooms .com was effortless. Well done Asia Rooms & I think you need to rank this fabulous hotel higher!!!

The hotel was good value for money....
The hotel was good value for money. It was newly renovated hotel and the staff were very professional and friendly. There were a lot variety of breakfast. I just stayed there for one night but it was really a nice experience. I would definetly come back there.

Our family stay at the Grand Millennium...
Our family stay at the Grand Millennium was more than we expected.From the palatial marble foyer to the well appointed rooms and large pool area. The service was impeccable from all the staff, the buffet breakfast a consistant delight.And with its location in the heart of KL everything was within easy reach for both tourist and business person alike.At the end of the day it was a welcome retreat from the outside world where a drink and bite to eat were always available. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who was travelling to KL. Thanks Grand Millennium and staff

Service was generally good. The worst thing...
Service was generally good. The worst thing was noise coming from the outside and from toilets of the hotel. The windows should be sound proof.

Not a 5 star hotel but does...
Not a 5 star hotel but does not charge 5 star prices so excellent value.Checkin [Receptionist Lilly] was as good as it gets [6 stars].Used the Fitness Center and Coffee shop every day and received excellent service.Except for one waiter after second day everyone knew my name and used it . For a first visit to KL location is perfect.

Stayed there for four nights in the...
Stayed there for four nights in the end of May and early June. Had to change the first room because the bathroom was not working (wouldn't flush properly). They tried to have someone fix it and the problem persisted. They gave us another room but guess what, same problem. We had to waste quite a bit of time to wait for them to assign us a new room, packing and unpacking again. Not very good service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. Room service dining was beyond expectations. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool, gym ans spas were awesome. We've stayed at many hotels in KL over the past 15 years and this is by far the best. Well done GM! We will definitely be back and I have recommended this hotel to my company for business travel and my friends and family for holidays.

I have been travelling to KL quite...
I have been travelling to KL quite often during the past couple of years. Of all the hotels I have stayed in in the Bukit Bintang area this was the best so far, and was reasonably priced. The hotel only opened fairly recently in 2006. Consequently it does yet not appear on many tourist maps and literature of KL.
