It was a very nice hotel than...
It was a very nice hotel than I expected. Fascilities, room, front staff, concierges, breakfast, location, hospitality, and every thing was excellent. I don't think we can stay such nice hotel with the same price in Japan or Europe.

I have stayed previously at this htl...
I have stayed previously at this htl when it was the Regent. The service is still wonderful and the only obvious changes is of course the name (to Grand Millennium) and some common areas of the htl - reception, restuarants, nightclub etc and small changes to the rooms. The location is absolute prime - next door to the new Pavillion s/c as well as a short stroll to Lot 10, Sungei Wang, BB Plaza, Times Square and KLCC. Also walking distance is Jalan Alor for some great hawker food. I have no problems in recommending this hotel to travellers. It is a good 4.5 - 5 star, rooms are very clean and comfortable, service is great and the position/location is one of the best in KL.

The service of the frontdesk staff is superb! Thank you for making check-in and out so painless. The individual desk for each customer is an excellent idea.

My family looks forward to staying in...
My family looks forward to staying in this hotel -- we visit KL once or twice a year. We've stayed here quite a few times, when it was Regency hotel. With the recent renovation, the hotel is even better than before. The lobby is nice, and room is even more comfortable, and hotel staff are among the most friendly and helpful we've even seen. My only disappointment is with the pool. It's not much for swimming, and the changing rooms are far away. But that's the only negative I can think of. Everything else in this hotel is just great. I look forward to my next stay.

The high service standards of the formerly...
The high service standards of the formerly Regent are maintained by the Millennium management. Rooms and outside appearance building need renovation. Room temparature not adjustable; air conditioning by air volume only.

Very friendly staff who would make a...
Very friendly staff who would make a conscientious effort to greet you. Good breakfast spread. Surrounded by great shopping centres. You would not get bored staying here. It feels like a home away from home.

It was not bad to stay in...
It was not bad to stay in the Mellenium, but I found it hard to be there with one my year old son. maybe the hotel was not designed for familieis!!!! Also we only found one restaurant in the hotel. And I think I must have been informed that major construction works were being done to the main entrance.
