Very nice hotel, with more facilities than we had timt to try out. They were rebuilding, so there was a little bit of noise at daytime, but that didn't bother us. The staff was very polite and helpful. Anything we needed they helped us out with.
Location was great, in the middle of the main shopping areas, and also within walking distance from KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC).
Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety. Dinner in the restaurant on the hotel was fairly expensive compared to what you would pay on the other restaurants we tried elsewhere in the street, but the food was excellent. Waiters were all around, but at the same time invisible. Meaning that they were there whenever you needed them, but out of your way when you didn't.
Swimmingpool pretty large, ang 1,5m deep. Separate pool area for children with shallower water. Also a more shallow end in mail pool with about 1,3m depth. Nice area with palms and beach chairs, located on the third floor. Waiters provided fruit and cold towels when we looked too warm.
A stay on this hotel will make you feel like a king. They open the doors for you, carry your plate to your table if you like, and even put the napkin on your lap so you won't spill on your clothes. The location in the middle of Bukit Bintang is excellent for shopping in the many malls nearby. Cheap shops or exclusive shops are all within a few minutes walk. And it's just a short taxi ride to chinatown if you're after some real bargains.
