At the moment they are still renovating...
At the moment they are still renovating and there is a lot of noise during the day.There is construction work going on beside hotel, as they build a new shopping complex,as a result using the pool area is not as relaxing as it should be.All work is due to finish in a few months and then this hotel will be perfect. We had a slight problem when we arrived they didnt appear to have our booking, it took about 30 minutes and many phone calls to get it sorted. Once they had clarified it they gave us the room immediately which we didnt expect as it was only 12 noon. I suspect when all the work is finished this hotel will be much more expensive.

Clean and very convenient location. The hotel was...
Clean and very convenient location. The hotel was being renovated when we stayed. They were offering promotional price at the time. A bit noisy past 10am, but didn't really bothered us much. The breakfast has excellent range of food. Overall very pleasant.

The staff are warm and friendly. They serve the customers with a smile. I just love the ambience. I have recommended the hotel to many of my firends. It's a great to place to stay in. Thank you for making my short holiday a memorable one.

The service was wornderful. The spa facilities were fantastic too. Will certainly come back. The ont setback was that I was not informed of the change of name - i booked under regent hotel but when i reached bukit bintang i had a hard time locating the hotel as the name has been changed

It was an interesting experience for us...
It was an interesting experience for us because it was the time where we checked in as Regent but checked out as Millenium! :) The service we encountered at the Cafe and Pool was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was old and so was the place, carpark was not reflective of the Hotel's rating. Location is great though!

The newly-renovated room was spacious and elegant...
The newly-renovated room was spacious and elegant but the entire hotel is currently being renovated and this affected our stay. Construction noise could be heard in our room, the temporary driveway from Bintang Walk to the lobby has no access for pedestrians so we often had to leap from the path of cars and the make-shift lobby and hotel entrance lacks the elegance of a 5 star hotel. The pool and restaurants are yet to be renovated so are quite old and the buffet breakfast selection and quality was not as good as hotels of a similar standard. The location on Bintang Walk was great - just a short walk across the road to the large shopping malls.

We had a enjoyable experience staying in...
We had a enjoyable experience staying in this hotel though we had some problem checking-in but it was resolve efficiently by Alice/front desk. Location absolutely great & breakfast superb as theres a wide range of selection to choose from. Staff are friendly & very helpful. Room is nice & bathroom fabulous. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!
