The customer service was very poor
I was actually on my honeymoon and and had to check out the next day to a hotel across the street!

A very good choice for demanding individual travelers that want to steer clear of big impersonal business and conference hotels. Convenient location near the impressive Pavilion shopping mall and several other large hotels. I was upgraded to an executive room which met the highest standards. Reception desk was both friendly and professional.

Compare to another country Ritz, maintenance of facility is not good.
We recommend to Hotel management to clean the carpet and change the linens include the pillows. We think that breakfast must be included in asia room's price compare to the other 5 star Hotels nearby.

The best thing of this hotel was the service. Superb! They gave us a better room than we booked for the same price. The room was really big and conformtable. We have a personal assistant to help us at every time. We had a very nice time!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish, the staff weren't just incredibly polite they were friendly too. The facilities were exceptional. The bedroom and bathroom were tastefully and classically decorated. Every possible need was catered for, we couldn't have asked for more from the hotel or staff.

The service was incredibly friendly and helpfull. Our bags were left in Australia and the staff went out of their way chasing airlines to get bags to us as quickly as possible. The Spa centre is beautiful and our room was spacious
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for old world charm with style. It lacks for nothing. The connection to the next building which houses the restaurants from all cuisines is likewise a big plus for this hotel. My sister and I were made to feel like family which is uncommon in 5 star locations we have stayed before.

This was our second visit to the Ritz Carlton, and unfortunately our room was not as good as the first time. We had the feeling that it was a single, as only one armchair was provided and there were no facilities for heating water for coffee and tea. But having said that, the service was exceptionally good and the staff friendly, courteous and helpful.
