The hotel was nice and clean, the food good and the staff very nice. However, the noise from the corridoors at night time prevented me from getting to sleep. They should either put carpet in the corridoors or better soundproof the rooms.

This hotel is good for just the one night. The staff were not to friendley and did not show us to our room, it was late and dark and we were left to find our room alone.

This is a great hotel for short KL transits. The hotel has rooms that are all ground floor level with pretty landscaping and a nice modest pool in the center. The rooms are nothing spectacular but they are very clean, comfy, and the restaurant had very tasty fresh food (we had the dinner and breakfast buffet) which had a very good mixture of western and local foods (although we saw a lot of westerners ordering fish and chips or steaks (so annoying!). Also, we went into the city for an afternoon and we took the shuttle bus back to the airport (less than 5 mins) and took the express train which costs 60 ringgits per person round trip (about $20US) which takes about 20 minutes.

the room airconditionig is terrible. It is a very old window unit and is very noisy and not efficient at all. The room and the bath room is very old and need to be upgraded. Not impress with the standard at all.

We stayed at this hotel on the 21st January 2006 for 1 night. A 10 min drive to the hotel with free shuttle service to and from the hotel/airport. The room was spacious, clean and adequate for our needs. The restaurant was lovely and the food was good value for money and quite tasty! We we able to leave some luggage with the hotel while we holidayed in Borneo - 10myr per night. The hotel staff we accomodating and friendly. We are returning back to this hotel for a couple of days at the beginning of February. Would recommend this hotel for being close to the airport.
My second stay at the KLIA Corcorde...
My second stay at the KLIA Corcorde Inn. The trick to getting to the free shuttle is to take the elevator farthest to the front of the terminal--otherwise you'll keep ending up on the train platform, as I did. The units at the Inn are in long rows of painted cinder-block one-stories, and are quite spread out (on nicely landscaped grounds) so you'll have to carry your bags unusually far--particularly if you miss the little guide-posts telling where different numbered rooms are. Decent furniture in the room, but rather bare walls. The TV, AC, fridge, and shower all worked well and the room was clean. My TV had no remote in the room; the staff did a good job of hunting one up, though it took time as the TV was a cheap off-brand. The nice, large shower room needs a shelf-had to put shampoo, shaving tackle on the floor. I used the pool; it was pleasant but there were no towels poolside as there should have been. The reasonable price included a lavish breakfast buffet.
