Quite a nice looking hotel with an ample room for an overnight stay. The walk from reception to room is quite strange as the corridors are quite long.

needs more competition
Pros
The linen is clean, the aircon is good, the tv has a reasonable selection, the breakfast is good the cost is reasonable, it's convenient to the airport.
Cons
The rooms are dated.
Some of the staff are either lazy or incompetent, particularly in the bar. One young waiter wandered off and stared out the window whilst we waited to order a drink. We gave up and left.
The restaurant served bottled water with broken seals on two seperate occasions on two seperate days but replaced them after complaint, keep an eye on this.

suitable for a short stay
The hotel is clean and well managed. Service is slow but you evidently get what you ordered. This hotel is ideal for a night stop over before flying out. Its a long way from KL city centre and although a nice hotel I wouldn't want to be there for long - there is not a lot to do. Its good value for money, its clean, plenty of hot water and ideal for a quick stay.
