Concorde was very convenient for a transit stay. Buses to and from were easy to locate and trips were regular.
Reception was very friendly and efficient. Made things easy whilst under travel stress.
Availability of some food was convenient . Quality was average and value for money was fair.
Breakfast was OK and catered for most tastes. Particularly liked variety of a light breakfast ,
e.g: fruit, cereals, yoghurt, toast and beverages.

Family of 4
I wonder if the Concorde Hotel could set up rooms for a family of 4(Two adults and children).
At present you have to book 2 rooms and this my be unsuitable for a family with 2 small children.
The Concorde Hotel will find that they will get many more booking(particuarly one night stopover accommodation) if the hotel could assist in this way for family's with 2 children.

Motel style hotel, conveniently located to KLIA
Basic hotel, clean rooms, decent food, live band, Big screen Formula1 transmission.
Good for 1 or 2 nights.
Shuttle bus from KLIA international terminal not easy to find and long waiting period (40 minutes)

Transit Stay
We stayed in the hotel for one night on our way to and back between UK and New Zeland. We were extremely pleased with our pick up and stay at Concorde Inn. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the inability to have room service charged on the room (We had to pay cash).
Ideal hotel for overnight / short stay for catching a connection / plane. Good value for money.

Quite a nice looking hotel with an ample room for an overnight stay. The walk from reception to room is quite strange as the corridors are quite long.
