Having stayed at this hotel on previous occasions, it met my expectations. One of my fawourite things about the Hotel is the breakfast! The food & surroundings.
I have always been treated with courtesy & respect by the Hotel Staff.
I would not hesitate to stay there in the future, & recommend it to anyone.
We stayed as a one night stop-over...
We stayed as a one night stop-over at this hotel. There was a mix-up with our luggage at the airport where our cases were kept in security and not released for our stop-over. After filling out the necessary forms, the hotel took care of their collection from the airport and delivered them to our room in good time. The check-out service was equally as efficient as was the transit to and from the airport.
Very satisfied with this hotel.
Perfect stay for a luxury overnight stay...
Perfect stay for a luxury overnight stay if connecting flights. It was by far the best bed we have slept in with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Fluffy large white towels and good bathroom kit. We had an early morning flight and therefore did not have breakfast. Very professional hotel quick check out. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific in...
We stayed at the Pan Pacific in Jan' 2009 while awiting a connecting flight. It is one of the best airport hotel we have stayed in. Our room was spacious and well equiped. We had time to use the swimming pool and had cocktails around the pool. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant while listening to the jazz band that was playing and even had a bit of a boogie! It was a great way to spend the last night of our holiday and not what we were expecting from an airport hotel.

I was very impresssed with this hotel as it greatly exceeded my expectations. It was elegantly decorated and designed and the guest rooms were large, comfortable clean and tastfully decorated. The staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. This hotel works best for travelers waiting on a airline connection where it wouldn't make sense to stay in downtown Kuala Lumpur for the night. For something very close to the airport it works our perfectly. Great value for the money.
Good Hotel in the airport, nice facilities...
Good Hotel in the airport, nice facilities to relax in whilst waiting for flights or on a late arrival. They have a shuttle that you can call from the airport, which I didnt notice and had a very long walk!

One of the best hotels I visited...
One of the best hotels I visited in recent years! I've been in the hotel several times and enjoyed the stay over there every time.
Everything is fine in the hotel, however, the restaurant is a bit overpriced (quality food but can be less tasty at times), otherwise, I can't say anything even slightly negative about the hotel.
Pan Pacific is the best solution if you are using KL International Airport as your transit point and have a layover longer than 7-8 hours.

It's great that there is a good hotel right at the KLIA. Our room was very spacious and quiet (no noice from the airplanes).
The minus was that the pool is not open 24 hours a day. They could also offer rooms for e.g. 6hours as there are many customers who change planes (KLIA/LCCT) and would like to shower/ sleep during the stopover.
