Was very fortunate - after along flight...
Was very fortunate - after along flight was upgraded to a suite. Rooms are very comfortable - great block-out curtains to allow you to catch some "shut-eye" and was reasonably priced.
Have stayed at the Pan Pac many times and it is very comfortable for transits. Service at restaurant could be better but overall hotel is very good.

A comfortable stay prior to flying back to UK. Thanks for the extended checkout, which allowed us to use our time with you more valuably. The meals were superb and the service by resturant staff was excellent.

After completing a month long holiday to...
After completing a month long holiday to Australia and Langkawi, we chose to spend our final night at an airport close to the airport, mainly due to flight times. However, what a traet the hotel and staff were most accomodating. there were several options of restaurants, to even please my ever fussy son. Walking from the airport was quite a novelty and using a 'golf cart' added to the excitement. This hotel definately finished off our holidays perfectly.

You can conveniently check in at this hotel right at the airport. A golf cart whizzes you into the hotel lobby immediately thereafter. Very nice hotel for people who have to take an early flight the next day. However, if you would like to sightsee, you're going to have to travel quite far to get to the interesting places, about an hour away. The room was very clean, roomy, and cozy. The bathroom was acceptable. I did call the Front Desk to ask a question and the gentleman who answered the phone was a bit curt and cranky. I'm hoping he was just having a bad day and wasn't like this all the time. Besides Mr. Cranky, the work staff was most friendly.

Very good Hotel to stay for transferring flights.Great facility having the golf carts to transfer to airport.
We were in Malaysia on business and...
We were in Malaysia on business and just needed a bed as we were travelling to Ipoh and back. The hotel was fantastic as it's so easy to just get off the plane and jump on a golf cart to the hotel. Easy to find which is a bonus when it's your first time in Malaysia.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone that was in transit - we stayed on the return leg and while our room wasn't as lovely as it was on the first trip - it was still very nice. I think we must have scored an upgrade on the first trip.
The restaurants weren't cheap but that's pretty much standard in good hotels anywhere. The pool was good but the spa rooms were seperate - male and female - so I couldn't have a spa with hubby.
Overall, I would recommend the Pan Pacific.

We often stay here when transitting in...
We often stay here when transitting in Kuala Lumpur. Given this we were disappointed this last time as we had booked a Deluxe Room and we were given Superior (inferior) rooms. When we asked about it the receptionist denied this. I told her I dont mind but I want a refund for the difference in price...after this we were miraculously changed to Deluxe rooms. So just beware - it is only because we have stayed a number of times and we knew the rooms that we were able to challenge the hotel.
