Not the best hotel of our journy
I would only stay at this hotel if you are in transit. It is simply too far out of town, expensive to get into KL and the food is adaquate but expensive in comparison with the other KL hotels in which we stayed. The service is very good, the exchange rate better than that at KLIA and the pool area family friendly. My son loved the buggy ride from the airport to the hotel. The family rooms are great if you're traveling in a group especially with young children and all the rooms we had came with a bath tub which is great for a small child. Overall I would not stay here again.

Location is great if you are traveling...
Location is great if you are traveling out of KL airport - the hotel is connected by a walkway to the terminal. There is also an internal shuttle. Beautiful lobby with good selection of restaurants. Service was very friendly and the food that we has was good value - tasty and appropriately priced. Reception process was efficient and friendly. Great bonus having a swimming pool - unusual for an airport hotel. If you need last minute gifts, there are a number of stalls in the hotel lobby with a decent selection of jewelry that is well priced. All in all, a very pleasant spot to spend the last night of a vacation.

After being in a lousy bus (like...
After being in a lousy bus (like a cattle truck) from the LCCT to KLIA it was great to see the shuttle-buggy which was ready to bring me to the Lobby of Pan Pacific. As I booked an executive room check-in was in the Lounge of the 9th floor, and this was excellent, such a curtous and nice reception staff, I believe his name was Johran... The room was great with a wonderful view into greeneries, no noise at all from the airplanes. It's really a convenient place to arrive in the late afternoon, staying in an airport hotel, and to leave the next morning.

This is an airport hotel and therefore...
This is an airport hotel and therefore use mainly for people in transit. I have stayed here often and always find the facilities very good and the staff very efficient and helpful. For an airport hotel the standard is very good and over the years has kept up a high standard of service. Recently it looks to have improved from what was already a good standard. Because of it's location it would not normally be used for long stay (more than 1 or 2 nights) unless there were effents on at the near by racing circit.

Great airport hotel. Arrival pick up and departure transfer from hotel by hotel golf cart via connection walk way. Everything was 5 star.

If you NEED to stay at the...
If you NEED to stay at the KLIA, then this hotel is a godsend. It is just a friendly, home away from home. The staff are pleasant, happy to assist and also to go out of their way to help you if there is something you need. It is IDEAL for business travellers and/or transit pax.

Essentiall we were in transit when we...
Essentiall we were in transit when we stayed in this expensive hotel. Would only recommend this type of stay if can make use of facilities ie pool, gym etc as otherwise it is a very expensive bed. Minor complaints: no bag to room service. Bar/cafe - impossible to avoid (visually and aurally)loud intrusive sport on multiple tv screens. Otherwise it could have been an attractive place to have a drink (we didn't). Major complaints (though not exclusive to this hotel) - poor quality bed side lights for reading in bed. Free transer to budget terminal - does not start early enough to service (at least) early morning flight to Hanoi.
