The staff members are wonderful - really warm and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we were surprised that the tv was small and crt. We note that Limousine service in other hotels that we have stayed at are not taxis. Overall - we had a pleasant stay. If you are into shopping this hotel is in a wonderful location.
Room is clean enough and provides bedroom slippers without having to request for it. Toilet is clean and shower is good enough. Lobby and corridors are presentable and is linked to Megamall which is good for shopping tourist. One thing it that the TV is relatively small and old. Pool is rather small too. Overall a good place to stay for convenience sake.
Check-in @ 5pm but yet the rooms are not ready & still have to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby. Requested for extra bed when booked in Asiaroom but we had came back to hotel room from dinner & shopping around 10pm, the bed still not setup in the room. Fridge & toilet lock is out of order & have to let the housekeeping service know then came up to service. Overall, I still like this hotel cleaniness & peace..
Convenient place to stay esp right at the heart of Mid Valley. The room is costly for the quality that you get. I guess the costly price is becoz of proximity to mega shopping area. Not impressed by the customer service that I received esp at concierge.
Room was equipped with only shower facilities and there was a lack of from for putting your toileteries bags for a couple. Location of Hotel is excellent for shoppers who wish to shopping in Mid Valley and also the garden department stores.
The Boulevard Hotel certainly lived up to its reputation for good value and excellent service. Its location in Mid Valley meant that local purchasing and public transport made for a first-class break, so close to the CBD and having all necessary services located through a small doorway and into the Mega Mall. This hotel is highly recommended.
