the hotel receptionist services abit slow when we were checking in around 9pm although there is not much ppl there except there is 1 guy infront of us. However the room is quite nice, cosy n clean.

I enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Corus Hotel! Great location and good service! The buffet breakfast was quite good as well! I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a great and reasonable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur! Very accessible to the train via the next block K Avenue station! A 5-minute walk to Suria KLCC and the Petronas Tower! Aeroline bus service to Singapore is just beside the frontdesk! The pick-up and drop-off point is just outside the hotel's doorstep! Request for a room on a higher floor with the view of the Petronas! =)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and we would certainly use the facilities again and indeed recommend to our family and friends (which is how we booked - several family members previously stayed).
I would rate the hotel staff, facilities and service well above the average and my expectations were exceeded. Thank you.

Positives:
1. Good location for what I wanted (10 mins walk from Thai Embassy, 5 mins walk from Suria KLCC Shopping Centre and Petronas Towers)
2. Staff generally friendly (receptionists were amiable, but not overly friendly)
3. Clean room
4. Clean swimming pool that catches sun from 0945 – 1730
5. Free movie channel/Free coffee making facilities
Negatives:
1. Tired appearance in places (needs paint job on rear of building, balcony in Deluxe Room not inviting, areas around pool a bit drab, small hole and discolouration from previous leak on bathroom ceiling)
2. Only serviced room after 1600 every day (except first day at 0930)
3. Evening buffet predominantly the same selection each night (although the quality was good)
4. Internet facilities were down on the day I needed them (although may not be the hotel’s fault)
General:
I found this hotel convenient for what I required (a pool and walking distance to the Thai Embassy). Although not a barghain, the price is probably about right considering the location. I would consider staying here again.

Great location, 2 min walk to the subway and 5 min walk to the Petronas towers. Nice rooms with great view and all facilities, the area around the nice pool could be cleaned more often.

I'm very satisfy with the hotel, we book the cabana room and they told me don't have twin bed and the front desk staff immediately upgrade us to the executive room with two bed, but one thing I'm unsatisfy was I asked for late check out the next day, they rejected my request.

I traveled whith 2 kids and then the room is a bit to small. And there are just a few rooms whith balcony. The pool is ok, and the location is superb for shopping and to see Petronas Twin T. Not the best service but ok.
