The hotel is not a good place...
The hotel is not a good place to stay at.
The location is perfect, close to The Petronas, but that about it.
The rooms were really filthy, dirty,with a bad stink in the rooms...
The service upon arrival was not acceptable, but the personal do their best to make it up.
I think its the management that is the problem.
I would not stay at this hotel once more...

This hotel is reasonably well kept and spacious enough for 2 person in a Twin room, with coffee-making facility. The room looks quite run down though and still using key-and-lock for access. Some revamp is definitely needed. The breakfast is ok. If not of its close proximity to KLCC and easy access to other areas, I would say the price is a little on the high side for such a hotel.

The service has been great so far. Appreciate the hotel staff has arranged my family and friends (total of 08 rooms) to be on the same floor level. Make our wedding co-ordination much easier and smoother.
One thing we do not like is the TV programms are boring.

Room was dirty. Bad stench came off...
Room was dirty. Bad stench came off the carpet. The pillow had awful smell that kept me awake all night. shower cutrain looked like they were once white while the window curtain have hung there for the past 10 years without ever being cleaned. Just becasue I had paid for 3 nights in advance did I stay there. On the third day I checked out, even though I was in KL for three more nights. Got my myself checked into Crowne Plaza even though the rate was twice of Corus.

Its a truly amazing hotel for a nominal price (when booked thru asiarooms.com). The location is fantastic and the concierge staff are extremely knowledgeable about sightseeing options and tour arrangements.
The bus service to Singapore right from the hotel is a big PLUS!

This is my first post in any review. I became so much angry with this hotel that I couldn’t hold myself to give a review about this hotel. If I think only good thing about this hotel is its location. Near Twin Tower and LRT station. Otherwise Room condition is very very bad. Bathroom looks very old and dirty. I couldn’t find any clean towels. Shower was broken, so when I go for bath I have to hold it with one hand. Worst Worst and Worst thing is Room Carpet. Only I walk couple of minutes with socks on it before wear my shoes and went for outside, two of my Socks became so much dirty, after return to my house I can’t wash it and I throw it in garbage. After return to hotel room I always remain on bed and try not to walk on the carpet. The lady who cleans up the room she was good to me. Breakfast is ok. Bed Sheet is not clean also and I found in the other side of blanket, a huge yellow spot. You can imagine what kind of spot I am talking about. So my only suggestion to other travelers that, my friends Please DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Location is Fantastic. If you want to experience a great and beautiful, beautiful city like Kuala Lumpur, DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Try another hotel at this location but DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. And as far my next visit to this beautiful city Kuala Lumpur goes, I will definitely stay in this location but I will never ever stay in this Hotel.
Hardly qualifies as a 4 star hotel....
Hardly qualifies as a 4 star hotel. it looks decent outside, but inside everything is outdated. my room lock was just a metal knob with the locking button in the center of the knob(you know those ones we used decades ago). and there was a cockroach in my room! i stayed at a lot of other hotels in kl that were cheaper and much nicer!
Very good hotel for the price and...
Very good hotel for the price and excellent location. The breakfast was good and the rooms clean and well equiped. The only complaint I would have is that, true to form in most of Malaysia and Singapore, the cable TV offering is extremely poor, CNN and not much else. I would recommend the hotel though and would use it again myself. One plus point for those going to/from Singapore is that a luxury bus service operates from right outside the hotel, and it is probably quicker door to door and certainly cheaper.
