Value for money
The comments I would like to high like is the pool side bar which cover up for cleaning. Staff over there is lazy and not friendly at all.
Beside that everything is ok. No change to try the food this time, will try for next stay.

Aircon not cool enough
Got the standard room this round and stay on the 20th floor.
Nice view but the air-con is not cold enough especially at night even when set to lowest.

Great stay
Great location. Fast check in. Very close to all major shopping.
Great Location
We stayed here twice during a visit to KL during April 2012 (two nights each time). Check in was seamless, although finding the Car Park was a bit challenging. The rooms had two double beds, which whilst a little hard for my liking were otherwise OK. Great size bedroom, bathroom has nice toiletries, refreshed everyday. A great value for money hotel in a prime location in Bukit Bintang. The pool is an added bonus, will stay here again
Nice hotel, but small rooms
I like the Park Royal it is a very nice and modern hotel, but the Superior Rooms are very small for the price that is charged.
Quite disappointing
The official check-in time is 2pm but when we reached the hotel at 1.40pm, we were told that the room was not ready and to return in 1 hr's time i.e. 2.40pm. When we asked, "Isn't the check-in time supposed to be 2pm?", we were given complimentary cocktails but this delayed my plans by 40 min already.
The room is partially open-concept i.e. there is no door to the bathroom-cum-toilet; there is a shower cubicle and a toilet cubicle but the sink and hooks for hanging towels and garments are outside the cubicles and connected to the main room. Since there isn't a door separating this area from the room, it can get quite cold since the room is air-conned.
Finally we didn't get a copy of the daily newspapers. Initially I thought that this hotel didn't provide this service which struck me as strange but I later realised that some rooms got the newspapers so I guess it was because we paid a discounted rate for it so we didn't get this simple privilege.

All aspects associated with our stay were excellent and very quiet, which we liked. The hotel was very central to everything that we wanted to see and experiance. The only negative was a strange smell eminating from the toilet area (not caused by us), possibly simply lack of ventillation.
