I have stayed in many KL hotels...
I have stayed in many KL hotels in the past & found the Piccolo hotel to be the poorest rated. Although very central in terms of location, the room was very small & no ameneties to speak of. Overall, unimpressed with the hotel.

We were not given connecting room on the 1st night but however Rose managed to arrange for connecting room on the 2nd day. However on the 1st day when we complained that my room door was too tight to open/close for my parents, they only paid lip service to us because they did nothing to improve the situations - just kept saying they will oil it. The breakfast was the most disappointing one i had among all my holidays. Very very few selections & was at RM30+ per pax. Overall, we felt the hotel staffs weren't well-trained enough as they didn't address our concerns: connecting room, rusty door. We felt they weren't sincere in addressing our needs.

Though I had just stayed for a couple of days, my experience was terrible! The staffs were not friendly and professional at all!! The breakfast was lack of variety and the service was poor! The omelette was just fried eggs and no orange juice supplied for the breakfast! Moreover, I hate the washing basin placed in the room coz' it makes the room wet easily. When I checked out, the staff even gave me the faded out invoice with an incorrect total amount. However, the location is perfect and close to those shopping centres. I didnt enjoy my stay at this hotel and will not stay there again. Last but not least, if you guys are going to stay in this hotel soon, pls be reminded to bring yourself toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The location of the hotel is good...
The location of the hotel is good for shopper lover, convenience to access around KLCC, Pavilion, Jalan Bukit Bintang shopping centre and Times Square. The room is new and clean but i personally do not like the idea of the washing basin in the room (floor get wet and dirty easily), it should be inside the toilet. Hotel breakfast is your and please do not expect much on any facility.

When i stay there the electricity down and the recptionist take 20 RM for flight confermation.

Great hotel, the location is really great, so close to Bukit Bintang monorail station.
The staff are fantastic and are willing to help with everything and anything.
The only thing i would like changed is the set breakfast menu, its delicious but a change each morning would be nice.

Rather new hotel, facilites not fully operational. Italian breakfast too authentic, some might not like it. Parking with 24hrs security is a plus. Counter staff not too friendly & speak little english. It's difficult to provide good service to english speaking guest.
