Great value for money. Location is very convenient to all major shopping centers! Clean accommodation.

Would suggest the hotel to have its own restaurant for breakfast for convenience of guests. I was caught in the rain to go for breakfast at Al Amar on my fist day.
Free Upgrade To Executive Suite! big Big BIG!!!
3D2N stay was supremely awesome! For a fussy hotel picker like me, piccolo has nothing to let me complain about.
Gave us early check in at 1pm and was told we had free upgrading from deluxe to suite!
Didn't wanted to wait for another hour for the room to have a 12th floor hence we took the 5th floor for immediate check in~
Rooms was unexpectedly huge and clean.. Welcomed with clean sheets,clean towels,clean floor & clean bathroom!
Bed was big enough to accommodate 3humans. Provided with 4 big memory pillows!
2mins to the monorail,1min to shopping malls. 8mins to times sq! Fret-Free for choices of food becoz it's everywhere!!
*maybe a little points deduction*
•drainage in the bathroom wasnt working very well but not a big problem.
•still could hear slight music from the club downstairs but still,aren't a big problem too.
Don't mind to give up my shopping time just to relax in the room all day!!
Piccolo hotel would be my permanent stay for every of my next KL visit~

Good hotel, without breakfast
Very good location. Near pavillion shopping mall and lot 10.
just 5 minute to bukit bintang monorail.
Room very clean and good condition.
But no swimming pool.
and very bad breakfast at coffee club.
very small portion of food.
Also near to twin tower. We can see the tower from hotel.
So better book the hotel without breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to great shopping and not too far from the the monorail.
Well situated but quiet and spacious
Well situated in the heart of Butik Bintang, the room was modern, quiet, clean and spacious. The modern style wash basin was in the main room with frosted glass doors to the separate WC and shower room, which some people might find off-putting. The hotel seemed very quiet during my stay, and breakfast was rather bizarrely 50m down the road in a café, with limited options. The concierge desk was rarely manned, but the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
