The location is good. Ard 5-7mins walk to Pavillion, Farenhit 88. A good place for shopping. Major shopping centers are round the corner. Within walking distance. To chinatown, ard 10-15mins cab ride with slight traffic.
Great location and convenience access to shopping malls and eating place. Walking best way instead of car or taxi. Clean and nice hotel except some rooms do not have a small refrigerator.
First, the room smells really bad. And by the time of requesting to clean up the room, some of the amenities did not get replaced. And they did not change the bed sheets even I asked them to change because there is a mark there. And some more, just to have additional towel, they charged RM10. So is this a budget hotel or what!!!! Very Not recommended eeventhough the location is great. But I think the owner need to have some more thoughts on managing the hotel
What I loved about the Piccolo was the location in the heart of KL's shopping district. The hotel was clean and welcoming with friendly staff. I would recomend the Piccolo to friends.
