Hotel location is great and within the Mega City Mall. Apart from that nothing is great, the hotel room is small, filthy, fittings are falling apart, noisy, you can hear the alternate room's television. The fridge was never clean, and no room service on food except beverage. Overall stay gives you a budget hotel feel.

Standard room had a budget feel about it. TV reception was bad and airpot was faulty. Agonising wait at breakfast time, queue was snaking around the lobby but the food spread was quite good. Its plus point was having a direct connection to the Mall and eating outlets. Cititel Mid-Valley is a good place to stay overnight for a good shopping break.Will only consider this hotel again if shopping was a priority!

Room is small but adequate. Great if u shop and watch movie in mid valley mall. However, most of the time your request (eg high floor, near lift lobby etc) is not met. Overall, averagely good and reasonable.
