the hotel rooms appeared to have been renovated, so everything is very new and clean. The beds and pillow are comfortable. The bathroom, though small, is adequate for a shower.
The service was very good. We had a problem with the room safe, and we called the helpdesk. In minutes, the attendant was here with screws, password decoder etc because they wasn't sure what was the problem. But they came to the room fully prepared. They were extremely patient and friendly.
The check-in counter was crowded with people, but the service was still very good. We asked for adjoining rooms, and the staff gladly helped to arranged. Even though the queue was long, they did not at once showed any signs of displeasure at any request.
The breakfast was very good as well.
Overall, a pleasant hotel with good staff services.

very friendly and helpful staff. best hotel location for shopping. public transport walking distance. excellent beakfast. specially my wife wants to stay again as she likes shopping and meals.
Check in was quite a dificult thing....
Check in was quite a dificult thing. We had reservation for non smoking early check in. Wait from 11:00am until 2:30 pm and situated in smelly smoking room on the floor above restoration and all this after one and a half motnh old reservation. Later we check in on 23rd floor which is non smoking and enjoy our stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Recommended for anyone, however its a bit far from the actual city that i wanted to go to , its like the first suburb within the city location that you will pass by fromthe airport , howeverits very convenient for transportation for bus is inside mall , This mall is inside the BIG MALL, and bus is at the doorstep. Rooms are good , no complains very neat and clean good size , no complains about this. Overall its GOOD ill say 7.5/10 .

The location of the hotel was excellent and it is well connected to places in KL.
We had taken a Deluxe room and the room decor and size was good.
Overall experience was good except on following counts:
1. I was staying on 23 floor and some renovation was going on. It did not start early morning, but one or two days we left in afternoon and the noise was terrible.
2. There was a bad smell from the bathroom and we had to ask the house keeping people everyday to spray it liberally with freshners.
3. Limited vegetarian food choices for buffet breakfast (cannot have bread, potato wedges everyday)

Convenient (not crowded) away from city centre but yet not too far since the city is accessible using LRT. One stop shopping if time is limited especially those on a busy business trip.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. It was value for money. The location is excelent for shoppers and its in close proximity to Bangsar for nite life needs. The hotel rooms are just nice for 2 , 3 will be a crowd. Its clean and nice, good for a short stay. Only one disappoinment the rooms were not ready at check in time , it was delayed by 2 hours , and the management did not make any adjustments to apologise. Overall was happy about the stay , the location is great.

I must say that the location of the hotel is the best especially for shoppers. It's conveniently location makes one happy shopper completes her mission of buying things she wants the entire day/s without the worry of lugging heavy bags to their faraway hotel. Cititel is located within the mall and it's such a bliss. My only comment is the size of the room - too small and the bath towels were small as compared to other hotels.
Another comment was the staff at the front reception counter arent very familiar or helpful with providing information such as when asked of the location of the office of bus coach office (Airbus) was. This coach was indicated in the website that it is located within the mall but No one seems to know where it was. I was surprise and in the end, I have to go to the mall information counter to enquire.
If asked if i will go back to this hotel, my reply will be 'maybe', not definite.

When checking-in, one of the rooms i had was not cleaned thus had to wait much longer to be shifted to another floor. The key to the new room allocated was not able to be read after the door closed thus I had to make several visits per day to the service counter for them to reset the key which was really troublesome. The room is really small!

Very convenient location, within the Mid-valley megamall. It's in the East Court, next to Jusco and Mdm Kwan, my favourite departmental store and eatery.
