Suitable for the shopaholic, conveniently located next to shopping mall, clean and comfortable but small room. Helpful staff.
The room too small, the smell of the room is not nice at all .. Overall, bad experience. Now I know not to stay at the hotel.
Convenient Stay..
Cititel Mid Valley is located in MidValley Mall.We took approx 5-10mins by taxi from KL Sentral to Cititel Mid Valley.We paid RM25 taxi coupon at taxi counter located in KL Sentral terminal.The impressive part was that when we returned from Cititel Hotel to KL Sentral,we paid RM10 to street taxi driver only.I was very glad that the hotel Conceige recorded every street taxis car plate number that took in their hotel customers..which make me feel very safe especially my worries about how taxi drivers in general took pax for con ride etc..The hotel also offered us free english newspaper outside our room door.The hotel is so convenient as it was located at east side of midvalley mall where you walk to Jusco,Carrefour and Meteojaya is nearby South side.It is very convenient especially when you have a lot of shopping bags on hand,can always walk back to your hotel room and put your items,rest a bit and continue your shopping later.We hanged out almost 10pm one night and we were not worried if we need a transport back to hotel,the hotel is just in the mall.The only one problem i faced is the room pillow,too soft.I couldn't sleep well but imagine the next day,my husband went downstairs to get me macdonald big breakfast...it makes my day..Yes,I will come back again..
Room
Room are small. There is no gym and swimming pool facilities. Reception do not know how to advise on how to get to the airport via public transport. They just say there is limo service available.
Room was very small and had alot of trouble booking and paying for the room via Internet
Cheap Hotel in the City
Good cheap hotel in the city. The rooms are small, but it's utilitarian. I liked that they let me check in at 10am just because they had rooms available.

Much better if there is a water hose pipe beside the toilet bowl (*consider for the muslim to wash)
Great experience
strategic hotel location and my family really enjoy the shopping and time in KL.
