Its perfect for family and big groups. Highly recommended.
Recommended if location is not priority but space
Stayed for 2 nights. Great studio apartment with a separate sitting room and kitchen with utensils, and plates and even an electronic stove. Good for family that requires space. Value if you need the space but compromise on location. Immediate walkable place to go within 10 mins is not available. Twin tower and shopping areas are at least 20 mins walk though by cab is very near. Dont think there's even a swimming pool.
Generally recommended. Place is clean, staff are helpful and kind.

Relaxing stay in KL
Travelling eith a family of 5 is often hard to find room for all, so apartment good value. Location ok and a quick bus to KLCC and 1MR . Connections to train via Ampang park even quicker.
Breakfast basic but filling. Laundry on site bonus as well., as we could wash 4 days clothes easily.
Only ordered satays from room service but they were brilliant!
Nice outdoor viewing area over kl skyline too
If you don't mind not being in centre of town and traveling with family then lanson place is good value

Enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet & evening...
Enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet & evening buffet changed every night. Location is outside city centre but suited my needs. Internet had some restrictions but I was able to do what needed to be done. Excellent apartments, espically for family. Shopping centre with supermarket within close walk. Have stayed there before & will stay there again.

I reached the residence at around 9...
I reached the residence at around 9 am in the morning and I was smoothly checked in and was in my room in 10 minutes (Normally the check in time at most hotels in Kuala Lumpur is 2 pm and even if rooms are available the guest is made to wait until 1 pm for check in). Once in my room I was surprised to see the size of the room. All rooms come with a sitting area, a kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. The rooms and Bathrooms were very very clean and well kept. All the staff was very friendly and very helpful. There was a lavish and delicious Buffet Breakfast every Morning with lots of varieties. The Location of the Hotel was very good and One can reach KLCC from just outside the hotel taking a rapid KL bus in just 1 Ringett. Everything about this place is Excellent. I will highly recommend this place to everyone. A must Visit Hotel.

taxi drivers give negative feedback about location even before we reached the hotel
the staff at reception were not friendly and there was no eye contact when they talk to you and no smile.
It has only one service which brings you to the town at 11 am
however the staff at the cafe where breakfast was served were friendly and polite.
I dont think i will recommend this place to anyone now will i come back.

I was astounded at the amount of room in my suite. Lanson Place do not provide standard hotel rooms, but serviced apartments, which I found to be clean, comfortable and tidy, with everything I needed for my short stay there. I imagine however that Lanson Place would be ideal for a long stay. A fully equipped kitchenette, furnished living space, and free wi-fi were just some of the benefits of staying there. I also made good use of the restaurant, business centre, and room service. All extremely good value and very helpful, friendly staff.

Althought the hotel is not directly in the centre the price of a tax fares being so cheap and only 10 minutes ride counter balanced this. There is a brill restaurant - Victoria Station - and supermarket next door. I had a full body masage whilst there which lasted an hour and was worth every penny. Paid 100 ringets while on special offer but even at full price this would have been worth it. The rooms were cleaned every day and any service issues were dealt with immediately. All staff were friendly and helpful.
