Short family getaway.
Out last minute getaway was a sucess with the help of Asiarooms booking and Lanson Place was a great place to stay for family and groups. I stayed here for 3 days 2 night with my wife n 4 kids. It feels home n the kids are enjoying themselves . With the location, we are not trapped in traffic in n out of the apartment unlike other hotels which we stayed in previously. The staff are also very friendly n all our request are given in a short time . We would definitely come back here again and recommend to family and friends.
Pleasant Surprise
My stay at Lanson Place was just wonderful. I booked online Asiarooms.com and right after that I became doubtful. Because the rate was soooooooo cheap I worried about the state of the room. But I had the best surprise when I reached Lanson. At first, all the staffs were friendly, warm and professional even though we were local, from KL. Unlike other hotels where the staffs are cold especially to the locals. And i was prepared to upgrade my room incase, but found that I didn't have to. The room was perfect! I stayed with 3 other friends and it was a blast!
Suite with standard rate
only thing is need better and extra pillow.
Uncomfortable Smell
when ever i travel to Kuala Lumpur i will be looking to stay at the suite or service apartment and a few days back was the 1st time i stayed at Lanson Place. when i arrived u can start to feel the good and friendly enviroment as the staff and people around was so friendly.
However i was so dissapointed when i entered the room, with the tired body im expecting to cruch on the bed comfortably but the smell of the pillow and comforter really pop into my nose. the smell of undry wet hair (imagine the smell) really piss me off.
Ill be thinking twice for the next trip to stay there again or not.....
