Great value for the money. Service was fast and completely satisfying. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice honeymoon surprise. There's absolutely nothing to complain. We couldn't expect for more.

great range to suit kids and adults. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews at asia rooms. Well done crowne plaza!

The hotel is very high and spacious. The bathroom is half the size of the whole room. Clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good and the hotel is clean. The staffs are friendly too. Late
check out max is 1pm and in room wifi is quite expensive. The location is quite good beside jalan chulan monorail. Walking distance to pavilion is about 5-7 mins.

"Great location - walking distance from major..."
Great location - walking distance from major shopping malls (Bt Bintang, Pavilion) as well as Petronas towers and KLCC. Monorail station right in front of the hotel, from which you can get to KL Sentral
station in 20-30mins. Also takes you to Berjaya Times Sq and Bt Bintang if you don't feel like walking. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful with directions etc. Good breakfast spread - mix of continental and Asian. (Cheese and crackers decidedly a plus.) Very comfortable room with a large bathroom (though oddly, bathroom noises echoed and were well audible from outside). Well-maintained and clean. Only complaint was that my online reservation was for a non-smoking twin with 2 breakfasts, whereas upon arrival I was told I would get a smoking King room with 1 breakfast. But I presented my reservation printout and that was rectified immediately. To be fair, the error could just as well have been on the part of the website through which I did the booking. Overall, very pleased with my stay there.

Room was excellent. Pool area was nice with a big, deep pool. We used the Spa Facilities which was really good. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
