Even though we'd booked for 3 people...
Even though we'd booked for 3 people the extra bed was brought into our room after we'd arrived and we had to ask for the 3rd towel, cup, etc. However, anything we asked for was attended to promptly and courteously. The buffet meals at the restaurant were good and the staff very friendly. Overall our accommodation was great and the motel was within walking distance of shops and transport.

overall very friendly, excellent value, position in KL very handy for almost anywhere. Nice restaurant/bar/pool. Our normal venue by choice if we are in KL.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel,in June 2206. We were very dissatisfied with the over all cleanleness of the room and the bed linen and also the bathroom and the towel left a lot to be desired,even after my talking to the duty manager little changed.

The location was accesible to most tourist spots and commercial areas by public transport. Access to KLCC and the High Court, regular destinations for many business travellers, was also convenient. Security and safety of staying guests was a priority of hotel management with CCTV systems in place and access to emergency exits well-lit and marked. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular but adequate, tasty and operated on time. SOGO, the Japanesese department store, is just across the street. You won't have a problem with getting your mini bar stocked as well as buying other daily supplies and souvenirs. Front Desk and the Conceirge staff were helpful and knowlegeable. The interiors of the rooms were not warm and soft to the eyes. My room felt old. Also, the bed sheets were not new. But the room was clean and organized. The recreational facilities were also not a priority of the hotel management.

Having stayed in three hotels in malaysia during our honeymoon, my wife and I liked the Quality City Centre most of all, even though we only spent one night here, before our flight home.
What impressed us was the level of service, and the genuine attepts to make our (short) stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. From allowing us to check in 5 hours early, without comment, providing us with a free breakfast at the same time, to staff not "hanging around" for tips, we felt very welcome here...
