Westin Hotel not as before
Hi,
Just because we book thru Asiaroom, we are treated as 2nd rate guests.
Was given low rate room for our trip, very disappointed, not like before when we booked
Housekeeping Staff, show no interested in cleaning the room, not even do nicely and place items back to place.
we did give tipping and hope to be treated better, but was never improve
Breakfast - Poor, not much choice
Compliments Front Desk Staff by doing Upselling toward us and never treat us as 2nd rate guests - Thank you
Bell Boy was very friendly and show helpful - Thank you
