Gd hotel, near to all big shopping centre
excellent accommodation for money
this block of apartments is perfect in it's situation to public transport, it's just around the corner to Ampang Park rail link and shopping complex. The hotel is spotless and our apartment was well equiped and serviced daily. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
Do not book it if you can
Location wise PNB Darby is good ie near KLCC, but the room, ie one room suite sucks. The room has a strong smell, in part due to the poor ventilation of the room. The suite is a joke, it is a normal hotel room cut into two, so you can imagine how big is the bed room and living room. If fact the suite would be better off without any partition of the " bedroom" and living room. No the amazing thing is that the bed sheet cover is changed once every monday, and the balnket stinks. We have to call for a hange of blanket cover. There is a balcony, but it is looked, so with that, the room is sealed and the stink is there.

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. As a family of 6, we like the size of the room and the fact that there was a bathroom & toilet to each room and there is a guest laundry located within the hotel which means that we can do our own laundry.
The staff was friendly and efficient. It is not a luxurious hotel but the hotel had everything that we as a family was looking for.
I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a hotel room and it is an excellent hotel for families.
Ideal location easy access to KLCC, buses...
Ideal location easy access to KLCC, buses and trains. Very helpful staff and good facilities for self catering. The living room was a good size but a large sideboard (unnecessary in our view as we did not have a use for it) reduced the amount of space in the room. A balcony leading from the bedroom made for a comfortable place to sit in the evening and the bedroom was prefectly adequate. Whilst overall it could be seen that the apartment suffered a little from previous occupants, it is ideal if you are spending more than a few days in KL and is far better than a hotel room. I would have no hesitation in returning to the apartment and will probably do so in November when we return to KL.
