Dirty with Cockroach eeewww
room is dirty with cockroach and Kettle is dirty and all the spoons, mugs and glasses in the room is dirty breakfast is sucks, will never recommend and re visit there any more
The location and room size were excellent....
The location and room size were excellent. Huge rooms and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the twin towers made it worthwile. The service was not the best with getting a towel taking three phone calls and 35 minutes to finally get it. The staff were not overly enthusiastic, but reluctently help you. I would reccomend it only on its room size and location and price.

Just came back staying here for 4 days 3 nights.There's a few hiccups from the customer service department.Unfriendly and unwilling to help.No smiles and no greetings.And they need to brush up in their English too.They gave us the wrong room and when we try to changed they are unwilling to help.She,the customer service lady by the name of H,told us to check with the reservation officer ourself.After demanding to met with her Manager,then she allowed us to changed our room.H is really unfriendly and grumpy lady.The rest of the stay was great..

Our stay was wonderful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends as it was quite acessible to The Twin Towers.I would however appreciate the Internet service at the Business Centre be open till at least late evening and t5hat there are more PC's available for browsers who need the access. The staff are all wonderful and ever so helpful. Always a smile. I live in the United Kingdom and I stay at the Villa at least twice a year. I shall continue to do so and have also recommended friends & relatives who have had similar experiences to mine. Well done Holiday Villa Apartment Suites.
