very close to KLCC. its probably the cheapest of serviced apartments you can get in the klcc area.
4th stay here
This was the 4th time that my family & I returned to The Zon. Another pleasant experience; friendly staff, comfortable room. However, a little disapoointment - I reported that the TV in the bedroom wasn't working. When we returned to the apartment that night, it was still wasn't working. I couldn't be bothered to report it again as we were leaving the next morning.
Overall, I would still return to The Zon on my next KL trip.

My enjoyable stay
Thumbs up for the wonderful stay that we had in this hotel. The room was clean & well-furnished. The a/c system was working very well, hot water, lightings, etc were in good working condition. Most of all, the hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the famous KLCC, KLCC Park & a mosque - very convenient.
We would certainly come back again at our next visit to KL. We would also recommend this hotel to our frens & relatives.

Location is perfect! 5 minutes walking to Petronas Twin Towers and KLLC skytrain station. Staff is very benevolent. Nice place for short time staying especially for visa run travellers who visit KL for renew their Thai visa. Around 15 minutes walking to Thailand Embassy only.

The hotel location is so perfect. Just across a small 2 way lane road is a big nice mosque, a wide park with playgrounds, children wading pool and best of all, the KLCC. Around the vicinity, shopping centres and makan place can be found too. We even walked back to the hotel after a midnight movie at KLCC. I will definitely come back to The Zon, on my next visit to KL. I'm even recommending friends and relatives to stay there too. Only thing I'm not so pleased about is that, we were given a room at 2nd sty, instead of high floor as requested. And the room is facing a bldg construction site.

I stayed for about 16 nights in the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. But simply speaking there is nothing called "room service". So, if you have anything that needs to be repaired you need to call the front office ten times or come down and beg them to help you out. The business center is nothing but a small room with a dull atmosphere. All one bedroom suites have a bad view and the only one that has a kitchen is the deluxe one. Bedrooms and furntiure are clean but furniture and facilities are old. When I arrived, I asked for a stove as I follow a special diet; they told me that they have only THREE ones and they are already distributed to others. I could not wait any longer, so I went to Isetan and bought one stove for RM400. I think the hotel is costly given the shortages I already mentioned. I hope I was fair enough in this comment.

i have stayed in this hotel for 1 week with my family in 2 bed superior, it was really bad experience. it wasn't what you expect from 4 or 3 star hotel . rooms not so clean , al rooms they have king size bed no twin (we got 2 queen bed in 2 rooms). they have worst breakfast in the world not a lot of choices not cooked well. only thing good in this hotel it's location other than that nothing .

Well, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The pictures of the Suitestay Executive Residences look nice but that must have been taken many years ago when the hotel first opened. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, the good thing is it is spacious, that's about all the good things you could say abt this place. The room is noticeably used, furnitures are old in design and usability.
