Recommend getting a room with a park...
Recommend getting a room with a park view, as it has an excellent view of the Petronas Towers which was amazing. Service excellent.
Pool on top floor, which changes into trendy bar in the evening with excellent views over the city.
Would definitley stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely great. Only 8 months since they started they really created an atmosphere which is exceptional. The only inconvenience we had is that the hotel cancelled the reservation due to the fact that asiarooms (or the malaysian travel agent from asiarooms, which was not clear) had not paid the hotel on time. Luckily they still had a room available but not the same as we reserved. After a phone call to asiarooms in Thailand the bill was finally paid the day after. Next time we will definitely stay again in this beautiful hotel.

Traders is a wonderful hotel. Agreat location and a very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel facilites are first rate, the rooms are exceptionally nice and the bathroom layout makes me want to renovate my own home.
For those of you with children, there is a fantastic, free, childrens park right outside the door and the shuttle service to the twin towers is a very nice touch although it's a very pleasant, short walk through the park to the towers.
We had the exceptional experience of being up on the 32 floor pool of the hotel during an electical storm "awesome".
A great hotel to relax in and the staff recommended some very nice local restaurants for us that were not far away.
I would definately take my family back here.
We were in KL on holiday and...
We were in KL on holiday and staying over the New Year period so we wanted luxury and excitement. The hotel was only six months old when we stayed there so everything was in great condition. The modern decor is not to everyone's taste and they had a strange combination of colours in the public areas of the hotel but we got used to that. Trader's bathrooms are always a little different and this one was no exception with a very spacious walk in shower and the best quality toiletries I have yet come across, plus they were Lavender scented to relax and banish stress. Our 30th floor room overlooked the park and Petronas Towers and we were on eye level with the New Year firework display - an amazing experience and a wonderful memory. We enjoyed a sumptious set dinner that night at the Gobo restaurant. Dessert was an exquisite molten chocolate and raspberry concoction encased in crispy filo pastry - anyone who says a chocolate and raspberry combination is passe will soon change their minds! Generally speaking the food was good although the breakfast buffet was sadly lacking in heathy options and oddly their fruit wasn't of good quality. The staff and customer service was superb - as is the case in KL anyway. The hotel is located just off the main shopping streets so you need to walk for about 10 minutes to reach Starhill shopping gallery, but it's well worth the walk. KLCC of course is just across the park and the hotel provides a little courtesy shuttle. Overall, we loved the experience and we would definitely stay there again.

We like the excellent prompt service of this hotel. Its location is near to KLCC, just a 5 mins walk thru the underpass link to the twin towers. The only minus point of this hotel is that the breakfast cafe seating capacity is a bit small. So advise to go for breakfast before 8.30 a.m as the queue is long after this time and the cafe is a bit crowded during holiday season.The pool view is excellent.Had quite a good stay in this hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
This is a very new hotel, well...
This is a very new hotel, well set up and great location. The view is magnificent which overlooks the KLCC and twin towers. Compared to other hotels around KLCC such as Mandarin, this hotel is far more cheaper, brand new and offer the nicest view! Definitely worth a try!
