Fantastic Hotel
Excellent Hotel in a great location, Sky Bar with swimming pool and jacuzzi was just amazing. Don't miss having your favourite tipple in the evening overlooking the stunning petronas towers. book a window seat as these are very popular with open windows for a great photo opportunity.Excellent Bedrooms with spotlessly clean bathrooms. Free buggy takes you to shopping centre and towers.
Amazing Twin Towers View!
I stayed here with my friend in April. It was our last night in K.L so we wanted to treat ourselves to lovely room. I have to say that the Twin Towers facing room is one of the best rooms I have stayed in! I would recommend a twin towers facing room, it is truly jaw dropping!
I would also recommend to reserve a booth table in the Sky Bar with views of Twin Towers, Such a great funky bar and the service was spot on!
If you want to end your holiday in style, this is the place! 10/10

Excellent experience;easy on-line booking through Asia Rooms.
This hotel has it all & is well located close to the Petrona Towers;KLCC etc.
The park directly across provides a magnificent;relaxing atmosphere & is great esp if travelling with kids.
Staff are friendly & helpful & hotel amenities are well above par.

traders experience
The room was just what we ordered ,full view of the Petronas towers (had to pay extra ) to finish off our holiday before flying back to England .
Did not eat in hotel but looked very good /lots of places to eat nearby and the new walk-way has just opened so making it easier to walk to the main areas ,
One disappointment we had was that when we went to the sky-bar for a drink after being out for the evening (arriving back at approx 21-30) all the seats at the side overlooking the towers were empty and had reserved signs on them. When we enquired why we were told that they were for customers of the hotel we explained that we were staying at the hotel only to be told that you have to book them in advance, so if you want to have the experience of having a drink whilst viewing the towers don't be caught out like we were spoiling our stay ,nobody on arrival told us about this so be careful
if you want to go up the towers you have to queue for tickets on the day early start approx 0700 hrs

Excellent Service! Roof top sheltered pool for all types of weather!
The hotel staff were friendly and their service was excellent! Room equipped with full amenities like a 5-star hotel. We liked the roof top sheltered pool, suitable for all types of weather. However, there isn't any children's pool, hence kids can only play at the jacuzzi. Free buggy rides provided by the hotel to and from KLCC added convenience to families with children or old aged. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Great Location
The hotel is very convently located, easy access to The towers and shopping, primarily a city break hotel, you can eat at the hotel, which is very good, but expensive, better to take advantage of the many restaurants in and around the area. Poor Internet WiFi in the room, but the business centre is fully equipped and very good.
