Overall experience is "fair", the room size and cleanliness is "OK". The receptionist is polite but the house keeping attitude is poor. Can you imagine, on my second day stay ( which i haven't check-out, yet), around 11 something in the morning, while i was stll asleep, the house keeping come and knock the door and demand i and my room mate leave the room immediately in order for them to clean our room, it is ridiculous ! Can you imagine the scenario which i and my room mate had to stand outside the room and watching them clean,tidy up the room then wash the bathroom ? Furthermore their attitude are very rude, i argue with them while they keep ordered me to leave my room "at once". Then, i asked them to clean other room first and come back to mine in half an hour later, then only the matter was settled but those house keepers leave my room unwillingly.

I'm really disappointed with this hotel. The service is so bad ! Really bad ! air conditioning at my room is broke, and the food at breakfast, very worse.
The location not secure, because near with traditional market, so taxi dont want to came, and all the staff is very slowly, not responses. The address is not match, with data from asia rooms. I'll never want to come to this hotel again. Never !!

I've stayed there recently (Octobre 2006) with my girlfriend. The only thing the hotel has going, is the location. The breakfast is dreadful, the rooms not presentable. They are clean though. Special requests like fruit plate for breakfast took more than 45min.
There must be better hotels and hostels around for a lower price!
The location is not easy to find...
The location is not easy to find but once you found it, then you will realised its actually conveniently near to KL monorail. Front desk staff is not friendly and not flexible when i want to check out a bit later. Breakfast have very little choices and not value for money.

I would not recommend this hotel to any one. My bad luck has sent me there to stay for three days. The staff of the hotels are extremely rude in dealing with guests. They will wake you up after midnight to ask you to settle your bill!!!!!!!!!Breakfast is not suitable for people coming from the Middle East.
