Our stay in Brisdale
Though the location is good it was difficult to find the access to the Hotel.
The front office staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly
Location was in easy access to the monorail and the traveling to other areas was very convenient and cheap
Lots of fruit /vegetable/clothes/ shoes stalls are around
Breakfast was not up to our standard.
Actually my husband was looking for a hotel with swimming pool and selected this hotel. The pool is adjoining the restaurant and no privacy at all and not happy about it.

The front counter with 1 to 2 staff at a time and keep on have phone call.
When we visit the restaurant at 7.30pm the staff basically do not know how to what to do ( may be no guest will visit this restaurant at all, we are the only guest for the whole night, food is good but the restaurant and room have bed bug really lot of it.

Noisy electricity box in room. Reception sent a maintenance man but he was never seen again. No hot water in shower and nobody interested when I checked out.

I had a pleasant stay in Brisdale. The hotel staffs welcomed us with great service and they were hospitable.

The room was very old, musty and...
The room was very old, musty and badly in need of an upgrade. It took us 3 rooms before we finally got a room that was "reasonable" One room had the desk drawers missing and the toilet was very sub-standard. we asked for a change of towels as we had used them and they were very wet. (towels were so thin you could see through them) After 20 minutes we called reception only to be told that we already had the towels for the day.When we explained we wanted them changed for fresh ones, the lady still couln't understand what the problem was. Finally after nearly 45 minutes we our selves asked a member of the Housekeeping staff to take the wet towels and give us fresh ones. We will not be going back there again.

1st hotel that has no bar or beer limited meals in 17th floor resturant no alcohole served in this hotel Muslim state rules I assume. Conveinant for using cheap Monorail system to town centre 2 stopps for 50pence return 2,5 ringets for elderly person over 55 years old. plenty of sight seeing twin towers and comunication tower taxi resonablly cheap to use most speak English no problem around town providing you dont miss the last train back to hotel as after midnight taxi fares double, rained every day monsoon season not best time to go to Malaysia.Lively town centre many bars clubs and resturants more expensive check out menu before entering inside.
