The room was very old, musty and badly in need of an upgrade. It took us 3 rooms before we finally got a room that was "reasonable" One room had the desk drawers missing and the toilet was very sub-standard. we asked for a change of towels as we had used them and they were very wet. (towels were so thin you could see through them) After 20 minutes we called reception only to be told that we already had the towels for the day.When we explained we wanted them changed for fresh ones, the lady still couln't understand what the problem was. Finally after nearly 45 minutes we our selves asked a member of the Housekeeping staff to take the wet towels and give us fresh ones. We will not be going back there again.
