The room wasn't as description because we don't get the new refurbish room as mention. It's an old family room instead. The air conditioner is in very poor condition which is not cooling at all. The receptionist didn't check our reservation clearly and though to give us a twin single bedroom to stay by 3 of us. I will not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Too expensive for what you get !
We stayed at a Club Deluxe room, that was recently refurbished. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was not renovated at all. Old tiles, black spots in the grout. Towels extremely old, thin and smelly.
Breakfast is designed for Asian people. Not much to eat for Westerners. No youghurt, cheap sereal.
Overall it's just to expensive for what you get. There must be better rooms for the price we paid.
The only good thing is the location. It's very close to the Monorail and therefore easy to get around the city.

Fantastic hotel and the service was fantastic...
Fantastic hotel and the service was fantastic as the staff would do anythinbg for you. I got upgraded on arrival and got a whole appartment.

I was transfering in KL but had enough time to go to the city and thought it would be better than to stay at airport hotel.
I paid 25E only for the room and was really impressed by the quality of the hotel. They are very pro.
I stayed in few budget hotels before including those in Chinatown and this one is by far the best.
It would be the perfect choice if there were more choice for breakfast !
But I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling budget

I have used asiarooms many times and have always been satisfied but this hotel is Horrible, I would NEVER stay here again. the bathroom had mold everywhere and the hotel was very dirty. the breakfast was a joke
when we were shown to our romm...
when we were shown to our romm it had not been made up from the previous traveller, they apoligised then gave us a room that 3 of the power wall adapters never worked, there was a dirty half eaten biscuit on the window sill, I complained about all these issues and they were seen to that day, The Hotel overall is unfortunately is just not up to Singapore standards
