The hotel has the best location. It is located between the KLCC and the famous Bukit bintang. It is a new hotel. The area in front of the hotel has all what you need "saloons, mobile services, shops , food, and much more.
2 minutes walk to monorail "raja chulan" station.

The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. The room size was good and the staff were very courteous.
However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing and the little things were overlooked such as replenishment of bathroom toiletries.

I expect a Deluxe room in a 4 star hotel to have at least two chairs and a coffee table as well as the usual facilities.
The deluxe room I was given at KL Novotel had only a chair and no separate table. On complaining that I didn't believe the room was deluxe we were offered a room with a coffee table, an armchair and another chair.
I think I would pay more for the pleasure of an executive room if I stay at the KL Novatel in future.
I am an Accor supporter and have stayed at their hotels in many countries usually with satisfaction.

We stayed here before finding more suitable accommodation and we have a six week old baby and hence staying in any hotel is a chore! However we found that the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable (even for a couple!) and as with one of the previous reviews we were put right next to the elevators which are very noisy, we also found that the housekeeping are a pain....coming at all times during the morning and or afternoon, the mini bar was never refilled although on the whole the staff were very friendly and attentative. We had breakfast in the hotel twice in a two week stay as it can only be described as poor to average and if you like hot food then don't bother!!
To sum up I would suggest that the Novotel Majestic is well placed for seeing the sites, the service is ok but generally the hotel is not of 4 star standard, oh, and the pool is tiny!
You get what you pay for I suppose and it is cheap!

The toilet is leaking in the room number 1705. Don't know where the water came from. Other than that, everything is perfect.

This hotel is a great value for money, and its been much better than many other 4 stars hotels that we stayed in over the years in Malaysia. The main think for this hotel it was new and the service and management were good... we had some noisy neighbors which we talked about them with the management and on the same day while the hotel was fully booked they organized another room for us (bigger and better).
We highly recommend this place. The location is strategic as its close to Lot10, Sungai Wang, Berjaya, Twin Towers and central market (30 min walk) and other good shopping places.
