The hotel may not be in the...
The hotel may not be in the heart of the main areas such as Bintang and Chinatown but a short walk of around 15 minutes to Bintang and 10 minutes to Chinatown is all youneed. The hotel is not located in an isolated area as what we might think as there are a few schools along Jalan Hang Jebat and there is quite a good amount of traffic along the road. Room is beyond our expectation for the price we paid for. Breakfast is average and of limited variety. Definitely for budget travellers. Service is generally quite good.

The hotel rated it's a 3 star hotel. But max I can say it's a 2 star hotel. Rooms are okey but toilet is really small.

The amenities are poor. The flush...
The amenities are poor. The flush in one of the bathrooms (we reserved 2 rooms) doesn't work. There's a buffet breakfast included in the package, but the only food you can enjoy among the choices are the eggs and toast =( We reserved for a triple sharing room but the room set up was for twin sharing. They only provided the extra bed after much discussion.

After I drive into a carpark. I...
After I drive into a carpark. I don't see any Hotel's Logo, only have Dance Institute's Logo, Sport Institute's Logo etc.It make me confused, I drive around 2 times and ask a guard, Finally I park my car in a carpark, and don't see any Hotel's Logo??? I ask a kindly women in a Dance Institute, She guide me to the next building and walk to downstair,That is Hotel's Lobby. ??? After check in, I have to find my room by myself.(don't have bellboy) After I come into my room, I found that my toilet don't have a cover and cannot flush. Reception say today all room is full, they don't have other room for me???
