An adequate facility where you can attain higher quality for the same price.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Family with 4yr old. Found checkin straight forward. Taken to room promptly (1 bdrm suite) which was spacious but a little tired. Smelt of stale cigarettes and old cooking smells. Bathroom was tired with poor grouting in shower, also a little dirty with dust and hair from past guests left under bench. Not a huge problem, just not very inviting. Breakfast was included and whilst adequate, we found it quite simple compared to other establishments. Pool was small and we didnt actually use it although we had every intention of doing so.
Reasonable location, though some taxi drivers got confused with other Somerset property so it pays to grab a business card from reception and show the driver the exact address.
Overall, for the price we paid, i have stayed in much more convenient and serviced properties in better location for the tourist trade. We appreciate that this property is a serviced apartment and we chose this style of accomm on this occasion, however we would stay in a hotel next time for the same money and a more oppulent facility.
