room was clean, comfortable but the noise from street traffic was terrible , very loud all night so it was not restful.
Apart from this everything else was fine.
1.tv facility is not so good,and there is not any remote control.
2.opposite the hotel there is a bus station,and 7-11,KFC are bearby.it is convenient.
3.the room doesnt provide hair dryers,tooth paste,shampoo,slippers.(but i didnt ask for this)
4.in 3-star hotels,if you get low budget,you can consider this one.
I was only in KL for one night but this hotel was easy to get to from Central Station (by taxi) and it was comfortable and economical. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good.

Room,Bath room,facilities as assured are satisfactory. The breakfast has many option. All are attractive. But when I arrived at the hotel early in the morning they took about one and a half hour to allote us room, as at the very time there was no room to accomodate us though we had booked 5 days before. This action has compelled me to thik a little harrasement due to booking on internet.
The location of the hotel is very good for the tourists who want to use the 3 railways (monorail,Commuter train and Light Railwaiy Train) the stations of which are walking distance from the hotel.The hotel staff have been helpful when we asked informations about transport,shopping malls,taxi fares,eatery ecc ecc.The abscence of cable TV,radio,cabinet doors(wardrobe), and the little variety regarding the breakfast are a "MUST" to be implemented for a more pleasant stay.
Overall very good Hotel at very good value . The only down point was : in my bathroom the shower was too cold ( lukewarm water only )
Other than that, everything was fine and i'm happy with my stay will come again . Many thanks
