a VERY HAPPY Experience !!!
The Hotel is terrific except the maids never show up to clean my room, i always have to call housekeeping to get it cleaned.
The computers they rent out do NOT have Windows on them. UNbelievable !!!
The accommodations are very spacious and comfortable. The Porters are Amazingly Helpful, the Best I have ever encountered. The staff at the Front Desk were also very very helpful !! GREAT Staff allround !! And a Great Location !!!

Value for money
The room was excellent in condition. The hotel maintenance staff was prompt in carried out rectification of my room air-condition that I have recently.
The staff was friendly and well manned always greets guests and ever ready to providing services whenever required.
The only setbacks was during the breakfast, it come to my surprise that a charge will be imposed when I asked the chef for the two half-boiled eggs. It takes nothing just a half-boiled, no oil required, no gas required to fried and yet charges was imposed. This is the first time I come across such things in my travelling experience.

Good location
This hotel was ok for the price but the bathroom was really old. Overall the location was good but do not use the hotel tour operator. They overcharge for the tour packages. The hotel staff were not of any help in giving directions to places. They redirect guests to the tour operator who then talks guests into expensive tour packages. The hotel location is very close to many places so just catch a "red taxi" to the places and ask for metered taxi.

All in all a nice hotel.
Pros: Modern entrance, friendly and helpful staff. A lovely pool to cool off in!! Spacious hotel apartment - great if there is a group of 3 or more travelling together. Included a free 'Time Out' for KL which is handy for current events in the city. Beds were comfy.
Cons: Apartment was very dated (fittings and furniture) - not like the pics in the brochure or on the site, it must have been one that has not been modernised yet. Noisy Aircon. No free wifi.
A bit far from the metro system, BUT they do offer a shuttle service to KLCC.
Breakfast was average.
All in all it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again if travelling in a group - I can imagine it would also be great place for a family to stay.

No lifts from carpark to lobby, when buying many stuffs, got to unload from lobby , than park vehicle.

3 days at nomad sucasa
The hotel needs to be renovated.... When i first opened the door to my room, bits of the door felt out. The remote control given was broken in 1 room. Did not create a good first impression.. It took ages for house keeping to send 2 extra pillows and a towel... The suite needs a coat of paint and new furnishing
*call up to the hotel,ask for direction but....... they gives us, a Hell of a ride to the hotel!!!
Great apartment and great value
I got the apartment at last minute offer of 30% discount! We went with 5 adults and at no additional cost as we do not request additional bed/breakfast.
And I never regret choosing this hotel. The customer service was very good, attended by two individuals and both have good command in English and were very polite and patient.
The apartment is so spacious that we totally felt like home. The kitchenware was aplenty but induction cooker wasn't working well in our unit. So you can always make your own breakfast. Their hotel buffet breakfast's selection is not a lot but enough to keep full. Everything is good in the room. Toilet comes with a shower room and a bathtub. We were happy to upgrade our 2-bedroom apartment from Classic to Deluxe by paying only 30RM additional per night.
The only downside is the location of the hotel, not near to any LRT station. However, there is daily free shuttle one-way to Pavilion and KLCC at 10am and to Chinatown at 4pm. The hotel although is farther from the shopping district, but with the shuttle service, it was easy for travelling out.
There is 7-eleven just beside the hotel. Grab toothpaste/toothbrush there!
Taxis in KL is rather expensive. Our trips back to hotel from Bt Bintang were usually averaging 15RM per trip. Please consider the jam/long distance when leaving the hotel to airport. It is actually very far.

the price a little bit expensive compare the facility, but nice warm the interior so last year. over all quite good.
