Indeed a good value hotel considering it's prime location, as well
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager, Eric Yuen, was especially cordial and very, very helpful. For example, I left some very important food items in the refrigerator and forgot about them until I was about to drive off. I went back to the hotel and Eric was so kind as to get a master key and accompany me to the room to claim back the food items I left behind. That is indeed service at it's best ! Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely go back to this hotel again when I next visit Kuala Lumpur. Cheers and have a Very Good and Prosperous New Year 2012 !

I am a budget traveler. I just need a clean room and toilet. The room was basic. Requested for a twin bed during booking but was given a queen instead. Breakfast nothing fantastic. Air-condition cannot be adjusted and it was blasting away. With the same amount that you pay, you can get a better hotel elsewhere at a more strategic location.
The receptionist couldn't find my reservation. I didn't get a room but a bunker: no window, air flow from AC was very limited. Nothing looking close to the images posted on the internet. I asked for a room with a window, the receptionist at first answered there is no other room available, then found me some place on the 7th floor under the roof - small, no safe in the room, AC without control, TV out-of-order (probably a service room); the worst: located under the AC system of the building, roaring all night. My credit card had already been charged, otherwise I would have walked away. Too expensive for what it was.
Totally not worth it.
With the same amount of price, you could get a much more better hotel, with much more better facilities and a totally better environment.
Not saying that the room is really that bad. But with the price you're paying for, you can definitely get a better room.

good value hotel
hotel location is good, room was spacious, clean and newly renovated. breakfast was basic but not bad if youre not a picky eater. would definitely stay again if back in KL
The hotel looks like old and the room quite scary, i will not staying again this hotel and suggest the traveller to look for other alternative. Althought is a good location but the hotel must renovate again especially carpet....
Hide and Seek
what a great spot to stay the staff were all great ,and location to Hawker,s market just a short walk and you can roll home with full tummies ,also shopping for my wife and daughter was close enough for a double session............the room was on the second floor and as I layed in bed and looked out the window all I could see were trees made me feel at home..
on the downside the lighting could be better, and the water hot when you turn it on ,wasted a lot of water waiting for for it to come through
all in all we would stay there again
