The apartment looks newly furnishing but lots of minal facilities is not available. The stove, cooling fridge and phone is not available till we call for room service. Swimming pools not well maintain as can see rubbishs inside the pool.
Overall is present but needs more efforts to improve on.
I stayed at this hotel for one...
I stayed at this hotel for one night for a stop over. The hotel is reasonably priced to others in the area. The hotel is located a short way from the centre and an hour from the airport. The room was clean but very small, which did not cause me a problem due to only staying there for a short time.
However, when I arrived at 3pm my room was not ready. I was asked to wait. No one told me how long it would take nor was a drink offered to me. When I tried to speak to reception it was unorgansied with many other customers also becoming agitated by the situation. The hotel staff spoke little English and were not helpful when I asked for help. When I went to check out the hotel would not accept my Asia Rooms voucher and said I had not paid. When I showed them a receipt for full paymnet they then claimed what I had paid to Asia Rooms was a deposit only. After I left the hotel then, without my consent charged my credit card for a full night stay based at their prices! Asia Rooms have resolved this matter, but the hotel have now claimed I did not present an Asia Rooms voucher, which luckily I have retained a copy to produce to Asia Rooms.
Do not stay at this hotel unless you want a hassle free stay!

The location of this hotel/apartment is not too far away from any of the train stations, ie. approx 7-10mins walk. There are also direct buses which u can take just outside the hotel to KLCC and u pay a flat fare of RM$2 for the entire day, which means u can commute between KLCC and this hotel numerous times with one-time fare.
The room is smaller than what we saw from the website but its as comfortable as perceived. The only complain would be we had our room near the lift lobby where there are security guards on 24hrs duty. It was noisy during the shift change times, which disrupted our sleep.

As much as staff were accommodating, this establishment is by far the most miserly I have stayed in and out of the way too. Moved myself to the Concorde the second night onwards.

We stayed 4 nights, nice clean and convenient, 5 mins to train station and 15 walk to KLCC. there r lots of shops around the hotel.
