Rooms are quite little, services don't work properly and are old. lobby is dark and uninviting. the location is quite good in terms of being close to transportation hub. it is approximately 10 minutes to pwtc station which can takes you to the heart of the city within less than 20 minutes. staffs are quite good.
had to upgrade
I got the standard double and only the bed fit in there. The TV was a small 13in tv and the shower head was right above the toilet with no divider of any kind. I upgraded to the leisure room which had a bath tub and more space. the TV was a 19in. The location of the hotel was unknown to most cabs and it was far from the sights, the neighborhood was not so good. Had to walk long distances just to get a taxi.

hotel was nothing like your website showed, in a filty area of KL, unsafe to go out at night arround hotel, it was nowhere near the city, out in the slums,would not use or recomend this hotel, horrible experience.

Overall hotel is good, hotel management and services are good. Room is fine but we have faced an issue that we found insect /mosquitoes but hotel management addressed this issue promptly and clean the room.
