Windowless Room....
the hotel was a little bit difficult to find. when i checked in and looked at the room, no window, the bedside table was at the end of the bed!! the tv was not flat screen (as shown on the internet site) and located at the side of the bed - so you had to lay sideways on the bed - or sit on the bed or the desk to watch tv. no fridge in the room....
i then looked at another room and there, the toilet seat was missing....
finally settled on the 3rd room - but the bedside table and the tv location was the same!
the location was good and only a short walk from the train station.

won't back again to stay here
the reception not friendly, bathroom dirty, I felt too expensive for what I've paid. Even for location, oke-lah...strategic. City Hotel not deserve to get 2 star, I think.

Close to China town
The lobby looks new but room is so old, small room, bad toilet, old furnitures.Room no window and dark.
No helful staff - they will say "I don't know" if you need some direction about everything or any information but very friendly if you ask their private tour.

Easy lodging
Nice location. Easy approach. Clean building. Suitable for easy approach to market and shopping. All food outlets very accessible. Touring spots not far from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Helping attitude towards arranging tours with full responsibility. Front desk manned round the clock. Train bus and taxi service is right at the door step.
Wi-fi can improve to quite an extent but being available is a plus point.
Facility of lodging within easy affordability gives you extra money to spend on recreation.
I will like to avail the same facility again if required.
Be ware of the "Thugs" on the streets after sunset they may really leave you bankrupt, never show your money to any one whom you are not already introduced.
good hotel for budget traveller
service there was ok very helpful and polite.the room was good for my family accomodation.very convenience to walk to shopping at petaling street.overall we enjoyed staying there for our trip.

when enter the room ,there were unwanted visitor there (cockroaches) in the toilet and the request for window room was not entertained by online

Good location as it is located on petaling street, chinatown. Rooms are small. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

Location is great and the reception ambiance is neat , the room is small, and the place was not cleaned , there is no service , they promise you wi-fi and then tell you it works only in the lobby and first floor and there are no rooms in the first floor available, there are other places available in Kuala Lampur for the same rate and with better facilities even in Asia rooms

Value to money..
Take note that theres no fridge in the rooms so the 24 hr shops and restaurant nearby is very helpful.
