Great Position
This little hotel down Pataling Street, China Town is the perfect over night stay to do some shopping and site seeing. Great value for money great position couldn't fault if for the money paid.
Standard rooms are quite small and no able to control the aircon. rooms are clean and neat. Overall it is a good hotel for backpackers.
Tidied the room when we put the tidy room sign up. They turned to do not disturb sign an didn't tidy the room. Please include the tax of the room.
convenient
The room is o.k,strategic location but the customer service need to be improved greatly.No smile at all. When we checked out, my hubby asking about the hotel chop to be printed on our parking ticket, its my hubby fault as he didn't see it already been chop, instead of tell him politely,she said,"there!at the back!'without even look at him...to me,its actually very rude..we just ignored her and left..there are a lot of hotel there, I will not go back if I don't have choice although the hotel is o.k but the customer service is terrible.
2 night stay
the room was a good size and very clean bad points 12 inch tv bad channels bad reception of channels that did work total 8 channels worked poorly internet was very poor very low level constantly lost ended up sitting in reception with laptop good internet in reception. i would not stay there again.
Great Location
Right in the centre of Chinatown where all the action is. Not far from a station (5-10mins walk). The rooms were small and very basic (ours had no window) but were clean, cool and the bed was very comfy. The staff on the front desk were very friendly especially the woman who worked in the morning. It really made our stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this for people who are staying for a few days and just want a place to sleep while they spend their time outin KL.
In petaling ins convenient . Quite crowded. Rooms are quite cramped . Very dim lighting. Some of the receptionist especially the indian lady was always helpful.
Basic hotel in the middle of Chinatown. Easy accesible with public transport. not very clean, but acceptable for 1 night. Saw some ants in the bathroom. Dirty floor and gum on the floor.
The hotel is located in China Town and there are a lot of stalls around the hotel which makes it convenient if you want to buy souvenirs or if you forgot to pack an item or two. It is near a train station and just a station away from KL Central where you usually take a bus or transfer to another train to go sight seeing. The place is clean and quiet. The mineral water and soda in the lobby is cheaper than 711.
Hotel Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur
Very nice hotel in the middle of Chinatown which is not very quite but very nice to deal with the chinese population in Kuala Lumpur. Very close to the city center you will probably enjoy your stay. Even if it is very hot in Kuala Lumpur, you will be able to take some fresh air in your tidy room.
