You get what you pay for
We stayed here for three nights. Rooms are very small will little natural light, The free breakfast is basic but adequate. The hotel walls are thin which caused a problem on the first night as the people next door talked till 04:00. No problem on the other nights. Free internet did not work on the first night but the Hotel contacted their internet provider and the problem was resolved by the next morning.
The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent if you want to be right in the centre of China town. Its also only a short walk to the Hop on Hop off Bus stop and the Monorail.

china town stay
family rooms are located at the front of the hotel just above night market, can be noisy at night as market goes on till 1am then cleaning the street 4am, we used tour guides and had a fab time they spoke good English, air con bus, taken to places that wasn't covered on tours nothing was a problem they all knew how and where to go for the best experience if time is limited use them ask for East(that's his name) he`s great and great sense of humour and helpful. when we checked out it was to early for breakfast but they let us have coffee n toast no problem, I would stay again great for night market access but can be a problem to find as stalls are in road so I recommend a taxi which will drop you off at road end n will have to squeeze through busy market if after 6pm. room was a little bit in need of money spending ie pillows n blinds but you get what you pay for not the worst n not top end luxury. no kettle or fridge but there was air con n TV.
honeymooning in china town
it was our first stay in KL in china town and we found the room to be fulfiling all basic necessities. the good part about hotel was its location , the door opens right into the china town's petaling street and it was a wonderful experience living in a hustle bustle, otherwise if you are looking for a peaceful place, our room was on 6th floor and it was pretty quite up there. all in all it was worth the money we paid and the breakfast was really good :)
not so bad
very cheap for the strategist places. but the recepsionist not too friendly. and the equipment for the room not complete like no soap and the towels rather bad smell. airconditioner seems broken. the conclusion is not so bad for backpacker

Very good hotel, value for money. Great location.Best for shopping.close to the Central Market and all transportation. Clean and big enough.

really nice staff looking after patrons well. great location in china town, fantastic for last minute shopping and eating out. everything was great, the spacious room, the bath in the bathroom, the location, the friendly staff downstairs. my only recommendation is that the staff should be a little more informing for the travellers who rely on the owners for the information around town.
Lousy Hotel
I have been there for 2 nights its like hell, there is a very strong smell in the room and also the hotel no matter where I go the lift, corridoors or lobby I get the same smelly smell. I think the hotel need to be clean up and the TV is so small and no cable. This is the most worst hotel I ever stay in KL. Dear people please think twice if you want stay in this hotel. Totally lousy hotel.
Nice Hotel
My husband and I were very happy with the location of this Hotel as it had Night Markets to do shopping or just looking around, and provided reasonably priced places to eat within walking distance of Hotel. We had a problem with a toilet not flushing when we arrived and they sent a Handyman to fix it, but he didn't fix it properly, so they changed rooms for us. We were quite satisfied with the second room, although the air conditioner didn't work as cool as the original room, but it was no problem for us. We were close to visit Central Market and also the train station and the Monorail, which was handy. Our breakfasts there had nice food and plenty of it and all was very clean and the staff were most helpful for any questions we asked. If I ever visit KL again I would most definitely stay there as my husband and I thought it was good value for money. Overall I would reccomend this Hotel.
Good location for food and drinks.All the major sites are easily accessed from here either by foot or monorail.Although situated in middle of street market there was no noise.
Interesting Place
Right in the centre of chinatown. Difficult to find once the market is in operation. Impossible to get to by taxi but friendly staff and clean room. Generally the hotel had a damp smell all over but the staff made a real effort to deal with this.
