Not so good
Starpoints has given me negative experience. I had huge expectations but customer service and food quality is not upto the mark. New hotel but need to gather lot of service experiences. Not going to stay further.

generally this hotel is good as rated, front office gave us an early check in at 1pm instead of 2 pm. the staff are very helpful. room are clean but a bit problem with an aircond in one of our room, but it's still cool. there's a little choice of breakfast served but it still edible. It's a plenty of factor to be upgraded such as car park and room service..

Starpoints hotel review
Morning breakfast buffet contains more choices for non vegetarian. But the choices for vegetarins are limited. If the hotel make arrangement for vegetarians to request for vegetarian fried rice/ noodles when non vegetarian fried rice/ noodles are included in the buffet, it will be appreciated.

Our Stay at StarPoints Hotel
The hotel is nice and adequate. It's quite at night, being away from the main street. As for shopping, Haniffa, Mydin, SOGO is nearby this hotel.
Otherwise, if Bukit Bintang is your choice, this hotel is out of the way. And the street vendors at Masjid Jamek, its a few minutes walk from the hotel. Don't forget to haggle.
Included breakfast is satisfactory - wished it could include a better selection. Generally, a nice place to stay, esp if you like to stretch your budget.

Excellent place to stay
Excellent services. Everyone working in the hotel are very friendly. Whenever we need a cab, the security guards will get one for us and lead us until we get into the cab. Overall, the amount that we paid is worth it.

We stayed in the same room for 2 nights and both nights the people in the next room were so noisy and inconsiderate. They came in late at 01:00 and made so much noise and slammed the door at least 20 times never mind slamming the door that can be used to adjoin the rooms. This went on for over 1.5 hours and it sounded like there was maybe 10 people in the room. To top it off they were smoking on what I was told was a non smoking room and our room quickly filled up with their stinky smoke! I tried calling the front desk to try and do something but no one answered the phone. They were up the next morning at 5 am snd again sounded like a factory next door and very loud talking and yelling and smoking until 7am!! Also countless slamming of the door. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I was told on the Asia Rooms site that my rate of RM160 had saved me RM190 but on check in I found out the normal room rate for someone walking in from the street is only RM200. This also added to the disappointment. My personal lesson is don't ever book a hotel in an Indian section of a City.
