Booked for two superior room for two nights stay for this hotel, was a little dissappointed by the size of the room very compact. Aircond not cool at all, water heater temperature out of control yet the water pressure very low, took long time for a bath. Floor towel not provided too, gonna dry your foot with carpet of the room.
As the facilities stated 'hair dryer in each room' but we don't get the hairdryer for two days, just limited hairdryer, house keeping will just ask you to wait and wait but not coming. Very down when need to wait for the hair totally dry before bed :( For those who wish to stay here, my advice is better to prepare your own one.
No complimentary mineral water supplied due to out of stock. Providing tea/coffee sachet but without teaspoon. Bad management. Free Wifi, but after connected not working for lobby and room. Very simple breakfast they served so we rather choose to skip the meal.
Check-out time was specified at 12pm but when we back from shopping to room at 11:40am the key card had been deactivated, luckily house keeping was doing cleanness at next room, so we don't need to walk down to lobby from second floor to reactivate key card for re-enter room collect our luggage for check out.
The only good was location, 5 mins to all the shopping, food street. Night life spot and massage parlour just around the corner.
Hotel with nice interior for lobby, however its not value for money compare with others hotel with same charges i've stayed before at this area, we will never get back anymore or recommend to friend.

good location. room was ok. staffs also ok. my complian was only the Ac remote control. there is no aircon remote control in the room. we can get aircon remote control if we put deposit 50rm, thats kind of weird.
nice hotel, Warm room
we got the classic room for 1 night but the air-con system is not the best around. It was rather warm in the room. the position of the furnitures seems akward too. Please take note there is no lift in the hotel and if you get the 3rd storey like me, be prepared to walk up the stairway. Nonetheless the hotel is clean, nice decor and value for money.

The bed sheet is a liitle not clean i feel as there is some black mark here and there feel like it is not wash clean or it was not change.But the 2nd day i think the change it as the bed sheet has no back mark.
There never replace a new toilet roll when they make up the room.
The carpet is black so i think slipper prvoided in the room will be perfect.

we stayed in their family room for two nights. the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. however, it's not suitable for elderly as they do not have any elevator.

Rather disappointing. We checked in for a Deluxe room @ a promotional price of 220 ringgit.,inclusive of breakfast plus surcharge due to the F1 racing held at KL. After checking into the room, we found that the deluxe room was quit spacious, however, there was no table & chair to rest. The curtain was very thin & glaring in the day. A small fridge was being supplied but empty. No complimentary mineral water supplied. The breakfast was miserable. We had only 2 choices. Menu Set A was 2 grilled hot dog sausages, 2 small loaves of breads about 1 1/2 inches long, 2 fried eggs & a little scoop of baked beans served either with a cup of coffee or tea. Menu Set B was 2 half boiled eggs & 2 loaves of breads served with kaya jam & very little groundnut paste. Well, on a whole, it was not worth paying for such rates for the service & facilities in this hotel.

I was very surprised when I saw the publised rate over the counter at Rae Hotel. It's cheaper than the rate that I paid for my booking through Asia Rooms. This is the first time I came across such experience. All the time, room rates over the counter is usually higher that booking made through Asia Rooms or other internet providers. Quite angry to be honest.

We had a room without windows, like most rooms. The staff were not serious but ok. They did what they should but if you asked something more they didnt want to help. Toilet in room was nice, it was clean and we got breakfast. But the walls where thin and you could here your neighbur flushing the toilet. Safety was good and close to city.

Overall e comfort and cleanliness of e hotel is gd. Its within walking distance to e monorail and major shopping malls (Times Sq, Sungei Wang). Plus, e surrounding is lined with food vendors, restaurants and even fast food. So e hotel is at a gd location. Only peeve would be e lack of service. The phone wasnt working and I had to walk down to e reception to ask for some items. I had asked for a hair dryer but was told all had been distibuted and had to wait till the next morning. It never came. The toilet paper was not replenished during routine make up of room also.
Would try other hotels on my next trip to KL. But for those who have not tried Rae, go for it. Its worth the cost.
